Small rooms, cleaning 3 times during our 8 night stay, really loud heating which switched from heat to cold during the night , no free internet as in every hotel we have been to. Poor service overall. Location is the only good about this hotel.

Had a great stay here with my husband and 2 children. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to store our bags before/after check out. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel felt very safe and was in a convenient and accessible location. Would definitely stay here again!

It’s was a great stay, very clean and very comfortable for ur family of for. The service desk was very helpful and they were able to accommodate us before check in and we were able to store our luggage with them after we checked out since we had a very late flight. Thank you

Arrived around 4pm, had to wait about 15 minutes for check in, we were on the 14th floor, the room was basic, the view was another building! Bit very nice!
The bathroom was ok with a shower and sink, shampoo, conditioner, towels and hand soap all included.
The beds were ok, the pillows were quite noisy and to soft for my liking.
The air conditioning was very noisy when on, we kept it off due to this during the night.
The rooms had microwave, safe, iron, iron board and fridge.
By the bed was one USB point and a USB point in the alarm clock too.
The hotel was about 10 mins from Times Square and Central Park, there was a chickfila and McDonald’s about 5 mins away for late night snack.

Hotel was bright and clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, modern, with a fridge, safe, and coffee maker. I accidentally left a very expensive curling iron ($200+) and was able to have it shipped to me. Would definitely stay there again. Convenient location with a parking garage a couple doors away. Between 5th and 6th Ave so you can walk to many popular places within minutes.

If you are in NYC this is the best hotel you can choose! Excelent location, right in the heart of Times Square but you can´t hear a sound when you are in your room so you can have a great night sleep.
Everything is within a few min walk and there are subway stations everywhere near the hotel.
Rooms are clean and comfortable.
I will definetly stay there next time I am in NYC!

The hotel was very well situated for all major venues in NYC. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There are only two lifts and when busy you may need to wait. It didn't help that staff used the lifts as well as guests meaning longer waits.

The rooms are small but to be expected so close to Times Square. Our room had a strange smell and we suspected the aircon. It gave my wife (asthmatic) some issues but the management kindly provided us a different room for the remainder of our stay. Close to Times Square and no other issues otherwise.

Superb location in Time Square, ideal for family vacation due to close transportation facilities, dining and shopping options. Breakfast could be better but it’s acceptable. Like 40 minutes walking to central park. Bus stops are actually better. Highly recommended

The location of this hotel is fantastic! It’s just a 5-minute walk to Times Square, Broadway theaters, 5th Avenue, and Rockefeller Center, making it super convenient to explore all the major attractions. However, the staff was not very friendly or helpful during our stay, which was disappointing. For example, when I asked for the water to be sent to our room, he asked me to go downstairs and get it myself. The location alone is great, but the service left much to be desired."

Best shower pressure ever. Comfortable beds. Coffee maker didn't work and was brought to the attention of the staff. Not fixed. Towel service, very poor to the point that we had to go get clean towels at the reception desk. Check in was a mess. Showed up for check in at 3 and didn't get in until an hour later. Great location and friendly staff. I was also charged an additional fee due to system issues which was very unsettling to inquire about. Check your receipts before you leave.

The location is excellent. The area is nice. The staff are great. Even breakfast is very good and well priced. The big issue and this is something that has been called out by other guests is the air conditioner. It is so noisy that you cannot be in the room while it is running. It is an in-window style unit and the compressor noise is beyond belief. Hilton should replace all of the aircon units.
