Excellent location really close to ski lifts. Comfortable bar area and room was great although could do with some actual drawers in the bedrooms and some shelves in the bathroom.

Fantastic hotel, great staff, excellent quality food, great location. If i had to be very picky: 1) king size bed was actually 2 singles pushed together, and mattress way too soft. 2) ski-in ski-out perhaps...but not snowboard in/out. 3) ski/boot room not heated so dont expect dry boots the next morning.

Nice contemporary decor with an adequate buffet breakfast and dinner. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Very convenient for skiing with pretty much ski in ski out from the ski room which could do with heating for boots though. Had a great stay.

Hotel in great position in resort, ski in/out, a few shops and restaurants within 2 minutes walk. 3 mins to main lift out of Flaine. The hotel was immaculately clean with very comfy beds and we had a great view from our balcony of the slopes. If you are stopping half board pay on reservation as it is much cheaper. The food looked good but we preferred to have a wander at night and find a restaurant. There are a handful that serve excellent local food and the normal chicken, steaks or burgers. All at French ski resort prices though. Our only moan was breakfast time. The staff did not clear the tables quickly enough and it was hard to find a table that had been cleared and reset, even though there were plenty of tables vacant. The buffet breakfast itself was great with a choice of full English, cereals, yoghurts, croissants and local pastries etc. Don't be put off by the appearance of the hotel from the outside. Inside is trendy and has a nice feel and very clean.

Very convenient for the slopes. Excellent front of house staff and also ski hire and lift passes in the reception. There was a big problem with the staffing of breakfast though.

The hotel is excellent and in a very central location. For skiers it is the closest to the lifts and slopes. I stayed there 10 years ago when it was run by Crystal but now it is in private hands it has gone from strength to strength. It is luxury with the staff to help in any way they can. Very helpful and though I tried to speak French they always answered in English fluently. The twin room my son and I had was perfect with everything we could need. Housekeeping were very polite and accommodating. I look forward to my next stay.

A comfortable and stylish interior hidden behind a concrete monster. We loved the place and will be back.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Hotel staff very friendly, food excellent made for a great stay with my two sons and another friend with their son. Fabulous four days would highly recommend.

Brilliant hotel. Staff are very good & attentive. Always on hand. Food in the buffet is superb with loads of choice every day. The best thing about this hotel is its location. It is within very short walking distance of 4 main ski lifts up into the main mountain range. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great position for skiing. Two days our room was not serviced until late afternoon. One day the cleaner came at 5.50 pm which was very inconvenient

Retro gear mixed with Bauhaus far too cool for a ski resort

The hotel is in an excellent location right in the centre of flaine forum and next to the slopes. Very modern and clean. We hired skis from the hotel and the ski hire staff were fantastic. Extremely helpful, new equipment, warm dry boots every morning. No queing or waiting for anything. While we were there 2ft of snow fell - reception let us borrow snow shovel and gear to dig the our car out. Spa and hot tub are wonderful.

Dinner buffet was delicious however lunch menu is very limited and lack of taste. Nice restaurant, very small and basic rooms for the price they charged. Very friendly and helpful staff.

A trendy European city style hotel in the middle of a ski resort. Good bar and restaurant. Close to lift. Right in the middle of the village. Nice clean slightly compact rooms with comfy beds. Always friendly helpful staff.

This is a beautiful hotel with fabulous food and very comfortable rooms! I will definitely come back here, next time with my family.

We loved everything about this hotel, except the room. Our room had a very musty mildew smell that was so strong at times we had to open the window to air it out. Two friends came with us though and their room did not have a smell at all. Other than that I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel. It was right across the street from shops and restaurants and the lifts were pretty much right outside the door! We don't speak French (only English) and the staff was very accommodating. If someone had trouble they would go get another staff member to help. They went above and beyond to help us find what we wanted on menus and really went out of their way to make it a great stay!

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the staff couldn't have more hepful and friendly. Our room was ready so we were able to check in early. The room was very clean and bedding/towels are good quality. The food was delicious, lots of choice and quantity! Ski to the door was ideal. The location couldn't have been better. The only downside was the heat in the hotel. The restaurant/bar area and the bedrooms were very hot. We slept with the door open which was a little noisy through the night with people outside. Other than this, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back!!

3 night stay in February over a weekend, on a bed and breakfast basis.

The staff were friendly, the hotel looked more than 3 stars, we tried and tested the spa which was felt amazing after a hard of skiing. Would come back and stay at the hotel again.

Renovated hotel with very friendly staff and unique atmosphere. Very modern design. Excellent b-fast and presentation of food. Club rooms have really nice view and private balconies. Very nice, comfortable room (premium bedding, modern furniture and smelled fresh). Much better than expected. Hotel on the pictures looks like a panel block - yes, from outside it is nothing special but inside it is a gem. Most probably nicest hotel in ski resort I've stayed in. Ski in/out access is perfect, just put your ski on and enjoy! Ski area in Flane is absolutely lovely. So wide choice of runs!

As good a place as any with a tremendous staff, but over an hour's drive from Chamonix where I had searched to stay. My fault, lesson learned, but Expedia should not offer properties so far away from the search area.
