Dated furniture and fixtures but clean.

Great value, clean & close to Disney property

It was very quiet and the staff was very prompt on fixing small things within the townhome. Such as outside light bulb and handle on the shower.

The property is almost like having your own apartment if I’m gonna be honest I love it and I would come back.

This property in the inside is really basic and you can tell very outdated but it felt super clean. the cleaning is above and beyond. it is close to a very busy street. lots of close by dinner options and close to a walmart. huge plus. the one thing that i did not like and it may be why i wont book is that they ask you to help with the clean up. they ask in the check out instructions to remove ALL linen except for the mattress pad and place in the hallway. like i had to strip 3 beds before i left and that was so much work! even the garbage we had to drive to a corner dumpster? its too much work for what i had already paid for 2 nights. there are so many other hotels to pick from with a LOT less work.

Accommodating: we were able to check in early and leave an extra car on the day after check out as we were going to Theme Parks during our stay.

The shower was not in good shape. Water hard to turn on, maintenance had to come to get the water running. When ask to be transferred to another room, the request was declined.

I love the fact that it’s a town home, it was very spacious for a family of 6. My kids enjoyed just as much as we did maybe even more cause of the pool area. Perfect area, very clean, quiet neighborhood, best amenities, all around great experience I’ll recommend everyone to this place.

I love the space we had but the property desperately needs updates!

Single size beds were very uncomfortable, king size bed was decent. Only have 1 pan to use - luckily we only made eggs. Toaster worked great. Night before check out, we came back around 9pm to find our key reader quit working. The employee didn’t have access to whatever fixes the problem so he needed to go through the window…made me feel real safe after learning it’s that easy to get in.
