We got there a little early and they let us check in, there is a $200 hold that you get back after you check out. The lady at the front was very friendly and patient with me as I was unaware that the hold was that much. I got the money back right after I checked out. The hotel was very clean and comfy for a short or long stay! The breakfast was also good and we loved the staff.

Mediocre stay. Bed was hard, room was reasonably clean. Shower did not drain, weird to have a kitchenette with no kitchenware! Will try somewhere different next time.

Wasn’t a bad property very clean and together front desk staff were professional and helpful. My room was supposed to have a balcony in the king suite unfortunately was not given a balcony pillows were horrible. Worst pillows I’ve ever used in my life would like to see them, replaced them with some more firm pillows the bed was OK Overall the cleaning of the room was OK 100% recommend

Went to check in and hotel had a water main break. I was told I would be given a credit for stay if I elected to move to another property which I booked on Hotels.com. Awaiting my refund for the reservation.

I don’t want to charge for security deposit

The room was nice but it had an ant infestation and the manager didn’t do anything about our concerns. My wife is allergic to ants.

Hotel has outside entrances to the rooms. The rooms have had a basic remodel. Breakfast was basic but fresh. Airport shuttle only runs on the hour. Shuttle driver drove too fast and unsafely.

Right after receiving my room key, i had to cross an employee smoking weed. The room had a weird smell. The fridge in the room made a loud sound all night. There was also limited parking. There was no options for the breakfast provided. You just get a plate of they liking.

It was ok but no room service when I specifically asked the front desk for it before I left for the day. They went in the room and just replaced the soiled towels and did not service the room as requested.

Location was good. Property definitely ould use a good cleaning and TLC. There was still feces smeared on the outside of toilet Requested twice to get it cleaned and also had to go to front desk and ask again. They couldn't move our room as they were booked. Staff at front desk didnt seem to enthused to be working there, did the bare basics to earn their pay Guest satisfaction was definitely not a priority. Would not recommend this place. Perk is you get breakfast included but its very basic and not much flavor. For what hotel charges they could be doing way better!

The afternoon that I checked in, the desk person (young man) that helped was very helpful answering questions, including directions. The breakfast person was friendly, cooked/served great food and was a highlight to my trip. So nice to start my day. The parking situation could be better. Jets in hot tub need to be repaired. Overall, nice stay.

From the moment. We got there.We were not greeted well to getting our rooms.It smelled and was it was humid. When I walked into the bathrooms, there was hair all over the tub and the walls.So i'm guessing they were not cleaned before we went in. There was also no light in the entrance.It's so we only had lights where the beds were.

Room was recently renovated, clean and comfortable. The door to the room needed weather stripping, as there was a significant gap at the bottom. Other than that all was well.

Our entire reason for choosing this hotel was because we needed a kitchen for our week-long stay, planning to cook most of our meals. The Mainstay and Expedia websites advertise "in room kitchen". There was a fridge, microwave & sink - the same as any other hotel. Critically, no oven, no stove. While there were cupboards - they were completely empty. Oddly there were no kitchen basics - no mixing bowls, spatulas, dish soap, dish towels or paper towels - nor were they available - at all. Upon request we were able to get a hot plate, a few saucepans, dinner plates, cereal bowls, a dull knife, silverware and glasses.

Property was clean and nice

Very nice and clean sweet with the most comfortable bed and pillows! I had no problems with this property. Very nice that they have a pool and Jacuzzi available.

I did not realize they do not service your room unless you stay a week. The room had a terrible odor and the noise levels from the pool and parking lot were not stop all night. Never again.

This stay was part of a hockey tournament stay and part of a longer family vacation for us. Staff were friendly but I'd wished we were told about the "once a week" cleaning policy as we had booked for 6 nights. Overall, the location was great for the hockey team, the outdoor space was great for fireside relaxation and team bonding. We would stay again as part of a team but not as a family vacation.

We needed a place to stay for my son's Lacrosse tournament. This was very nice, very affordable spot near the airport. Staff was friendly, good value for the price. I would stay here again for sure.

Nice property. Clean and kept up well. There aren’t many places to eat close by but a quick car ride can get you to food. The included breakfast is really good.

This was my 3rd time staying at this mainstay location, and my last. Breakfast staff was rude and tried to deny a kid food because she didn’t see he had been in line before they closed. The breakfast is good and it’s made to order, but it can take forever to get your meal. It’s also limited and the same everyday. The only options are eggs, hash browns, pancakes and sausage. As for cleaning, they will only clean your room after you’ve stayed for an entire week, you must stay a full 7 nights before they will clean and then it’s only by request. They will remove garbage and dirty towels if you leave them outside your door, but that can take a full 24 hours before it’s picked up. So there are piles of garbage and wet towels all over the place. We stayed 7 nights, so never had our room cleaned, they provided us a broom so we could do it ourselves. They also allowed people not listed on my room and my kids to charge snacks from the gift shop to our room. I did not authorize these charges and was only given a list of charges but was never shown who authorized it or what items were purchased. When I mentioned that they shouldn’t have allowed someone other than myself to put charges to my room the staff member just said “ok”. Some nights they locked the lobby doors so you had to go around which was inconvenient but then didn’t open them in the morning when there was staff in the lobby and breakfast was already being served. Overall the staff was rude. Lots of other hotel options.

Ask for some utensils and something to heat some water. Asked three times and never received any of my request. Went to store to get my own.
