Lobby’s small yet homey feel, like our own living room.
Staffs are super friendly and helpful.
Spacious room, perfect location for shopping and dining. The only downside is the small cubicle shower place(kinda small space and floor are slippery/smooth surface).

Staff were not directly rood, but the service was of varying quality. Some of them seemed a bit to young and insecure to be working in this branch, with insecure laughters and inability to understand people, not just through the language barrier but also as hunans. Also poor local knowledge about the area. Breakfast was limited and too expensive. Dont be fooled by the pictures. Gym very tiny and a sauna that isnt heating up very well. The positive thing was the central location. They are also currently still holding an amount for some strange reason from my bankaccount, which they havent released, more than 2 weeks after the stay which i know have to contact them about

The staff are just fantastic. They assisted us with train booking change, gave fantastic directions and always showed friendly and caring demeanor. The rooms were good size and the location was superb. I believe it was Andre the concierge that we remember the most.

This was a very nice and clean hotel wonderful room and amazing breakfast buffet. Only thing we were woken up at 4 am with banging noises outside our bedroom

We were absolutely. delighted with our stay at Room mates Giulia. It was centrally located and close to transport. The attention provided by Marco , Sara and the team was outstanding. We highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Milan.

Hotel was excellent. Check in time is difficult for visitors arriving early from overnight flight from America. Staff and amenities were great. Bravissimo.

We were stopping in Milan for the last night of our Italy trip. Since we had limited time, I wanted to stay in a hotel that was located close to the Duomo and other important sites. This hotel was in a perfect location. It was on a beautiful quiet street, but when you walk a few steps, you are in the center of the piazza overlooking the Duomo and the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The AC worked great which was extra important since we came from parts of Italy where there is no AC in the rooms. Fabio and Pietro at the front desk were so nice and so helpful. We had issues with our transfer to the airport and they were extremely helpful and made calls for us. I would definitely stay here again when I go to Milan.
