Great location for my needs. Lots of dining option nearby.

Lovely quiet hotel, very well looked after, breakfast was nice, we got there very late and staff was very welcoming, only thing we had an issue was the bed was very hard and pillows was really soft and maybe needed extra ones or thicker/ harder ones

Basic hotel, but clean and with friendly reception staff. Definitely missed having a kettle in the room, which as a Brit I think is a pretty basic ask! Very small rooms. Ok for a 1 night stay but would have struggled if staying any longer.

Always a great pleasure to stay at the ibis Derby. Lovely helpful staff. Good facilities. Great value.

Budget hotel ideal as a sleep over while visiting family local to the area ideal as its dog friendly so our buddy was able to join us on our adventure

Almost everything about the budget ibis is good except for what I needed and that’s a mattress that we could sleep on. We both woke up throughout the night in pain! (Home mattress is medium to firm,) but theirs were beyond firm. Such a shame as It even had aircon which was much appreciated

We stayed for 3 nights myself, hubby and granddaughter, being disabled found 3 of the 4 cars in the 4 bay disabled parking areas had No blue badges, which meant I could not park in the disable parking. I am aware it was a budget ibis, but the mattress is too hard, and left me with more pain and not good nights sleep while there. The other issue is no tea making in the rooms, this was hard for me as I was unable to access a hot drink through the night unless I woke my husband. This is something that should be consodered

Budget it might be but far too basic even for a budget hotel. Nowhere to unpack and store your clothing. Our room had 3 plumbing issues but not remedy during our 4 night stay. Wouldn’t dismiss it out of hand but more akin to a backpackers hostel - imho.

The staff at Ibis Hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room itself was spotless, with all the essentials – a TV, strong WiFi, a wonderfully hot shower, and a convenient coffee station by reception for that morning pick-me-up. The hotel offered some nice amenities as well, with a bar perfect for unwinding after a long day, and breakfast available at an affordable price. Unfortunately, my stay was marred by a rather unpleasant odour. There was a strong smell of dog in the room, which seemed like an attempt had been made to mask with bleach. While I appreciate the effort to freshen the room, the combination wasn't ideal. Overall, Ibis Hotel offered a clean and comfortable stay with friendly service and handy amenities. However, I'd recommend requesting a room that hasn't recently housed pets if you have allergies or sensitivities to strong smells.

Good value for money Staff a little rude and abrupt at times but generally ok Breakfast was cheap and not good standard of food and was cold or just warm, but ok for the price.

It was really good and close to the location i needed. The staff were helpful and the room was clean.

The staff were extremely pleasant and welcoming and were very accommodating when we asked for extra pillows. There is no coffee or tea in room; Only in the lobby. There's always loads available and boiling water too, and as the hotel is so small it's really not a bother to get tea or coffee in the morning or any time in the day! The hotel room was lovely and clean and airy, for the price it's perfect. As for parking. The carpark is great, secure and has cameras, also available is electric charging points (7kwh) and is super easy to use, which is perfect for saving money on rapid chargers. Overall a fantastic hotel and for value for money it's unmatched!

Nice clean rooms. Room very small. No plug scoket by a mirror for hair drying or straightening which was a bit annoying. No tea/coffee making in room but free tea/coffee making by reception.

Stayed for the Tenacious D gig. Perfect for any nights out in Nottingham

Fluff all over the floor, stain on bedsheet, and poo in toilet when we arrived. 3 nights we had to ask for fresh towels as they were soaking and not drying by the time you wanted a shower. Lights hanging off the wall and coat hanger slack. Just not a good experience.

Very good value Very clean quite small room but adequate if like me you only needed to sleep there. Staff are helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again
