Àsked for more milk on 2nd day for tea / coffee and was told that they only offer milk on check in day.

Not clearly stated with times etc. no instructions for dishwasher etc. not soundproof as stated. Can hear anytime anyone close goes to the toilet

Lovely clean modern rooms. Staff were very friendly. The only thing we didn’t like was no air con in the bedroom. The lounge area has one, but none in the bedroom, only a ceiling fan. We stayed mid April, so the weather was starting to cool down, but I don’t know if I would like to stay in the middle of Queensland summer. We stayed in 1 bedroom appartment

This was our third stay and we were very disappointed. Housekeeping is letting them down. Our bottom sheet was put on sideways so that our legs and feet would have been in the mattress protector. We remade the bed. I also sent a email the next day expressing my disappointment, and did not receive a response. That was a week and a half ago.

Very comfortable apartment. We shared 2 bedroom apartment with friends and there was plenty of room for living as well as sleeping. Everything you need for a few days or an extended stay.

I liked how convenient the hotel was to everything

I was having an infusion at hospital delighted to ind I could walk through a gate on property straight into grounds of Toowoomba Base. They extended my stay for a couple of hours so I could leave my car at motel and come back through gate. Fantastic service couldn’t fault them.

Having to pay before you get to the motel was a bit annoying, but motel was really great, spacious, clean, comfortable.

Nothing much around on the street within walking distance

This was a fantastic place to stay for the weekend. Everything to do with check in and out was seamless. The room was very nice. Modern appliances in the kitchenette, very clean throughout. Beds very soft and comfortable. No spare blankets though, so we had the heat pump on overnight. Fabulous smaller size pool, and we were supplied with exta pool towels when we asked. There was an over18 only area that looked great for an evening cocktail and game of pool and the bbq area was also well set up. Just make sure you check when booking where your room is because some are very close to the public entertainment areas, which may not suit everyone. Property provided Smart TV without internet connection, otherwise affordable, local and clean

I would definitely stay at Athena Motel Apartments next time I'm in Toowoomba. Having a stove top and all cooking utensils was a huge plus. Only slight downside is there was no internal lock on the door, which I prefer to have as a solo traveller. Otherwise, perfect stay.

Parking is always an issue in this motel Also minor issue the toilet seat bracket missing do ceramic streaks were present Hot water was not hot enough sad maybe because it was a disabled room Furthermore the air con unit was loud and not efficient in doing its job .... Better than Ruthven motel where air con. Inverter does not work and it was 3 degrees over night and toilet light did not even work in the executive suite. Potters have the best facilities in my opinion except a child minding centre neighbour disrupts my sleep
