The property was on the beach and had a great bar/restaurant.

Everyone at the hotel was very personable and wanted to help you. They had a very nice pool also beach bar. Had good food and wonderful waiters. They had a young girl who got you drinks or whatever you want it down at the beach, comfortable chairs and umbrellas. The breakfast was very nice. Can’t wait to go again next year.

Reward not honored.Two free drinks for the stay

We have stayed here before and like it fine. However, there a couple of things we noticed this time around: 1. Carpet in room felt constantly damp, and bathroom shower floor does not drain properly. 2. The parking fee is $20 per day, and not included in the resort fees. Ridiculous and expensive. 3. The breakfast menu lists capuccino coffee, but we were told we had to get it at the coffee shop ourselves. That makes no sense. If the restaurant won't get it for you, then take it off the menu. 4. Pool is now closing too early. 5. We asked for a fruit plate for one of the kids. It was not on the menu, and staff was nice enough to prepare one. However, the charge was $10 (!). Thank you, Carlos

Like always, it is nice to come back! Great hotel on the beach, walking to many restaurants and shopping.

Terrible smell in a room, furniture dirty and not the best shape.

Our stay at the Plunge Resort was outstanding in every way. The staff ( Michael- Bartender, Kiki, Patrick and Suezette - front desk, Cynthia & Dwarven- breakfast) are very friendly, professional and committed to making sure every thing is perfect! When we return to Lauderdale it will be the Plunge Resort.

We loved everything about the property and area. The included beach chairs, towels and umbrellas were great. The food and alcohol at the property were less than desirable, especially after seeing the “best breakfast in tow” sign. We ate downtown and the chain breakfast place across the street. Very happy there were other close and amazing options to get food and entertainment..

Three star beach motel. Room needs a desparate coat of paint along with carpet and grout cleaning. Understand that they want us to pay a $5 coffee at yhe restaurant on site bur common, adding a small coffee maker in the room leaves us a choice and is inexpensive compared to resort fees. On the plus side, beachfeont.

A very sweet place’

Friendly staff. Room size for king resort view was nice. Tiki bar was lovely and food was delicious. Two negatives: waited until almost 10:00 am for a beach umbrella. They set up all chairs first and then come by with umbrellas. We were hot. If we had k is this we wouldn’t have gone to the beach at 8:00 am. Materials said they opened at 7. Second negative: no coffee in room.

Th staff are great, the room and other areas were clean, safe place and it was really nice time there!

Being on the first floor. Ocean view a few steps away. Having a Frig and Keurig Machine. Did not like dead bugs on the floor. No carpet. No shower chair. Air conditioner did not work well.

As this was our 3rd visit. Again, we had an exceptional time. I must extend a special THANK YOU to Jorge. I called 2 days before to request a room upgrade. I wanted an ocean view and was given a courtesy discount for being a repeat customer. Jorge was very pleasant and cordial to our needs. When we arrived our voices met instantly. Throughout the stay Jorge was available for any questions. We had then request to view the Bungalow rooms and he made the time to show us 2 rooms. Thank you Jorge for your pleasant service. We plan to visit again. The last 3 visits were booked via Expedia. The next one will be booked directly via Plunge. The ocean view room was PERFECT the next time we return I want the same room. Once again Plunge resort meets my expectations and we are very thankful. We had a great time. Your food server Bianca is always a wonderful person. We look forward to our next visit. I do have one question. How does it work if the stay was for a month. Just curious.. Thank you everyone. Please be safe with the upcoming tropical storm weather.

Amazing place to stay will be back again. The food on property and close by was top notch. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room we stayed in was very clean and the beds were great.

This resort has so many great amenities. We felt very welcomed and safe durning our stay. Publix, CVS and Dollar Tree are a 2 minute walk away. The onsite coffee shop, restuarant and bar is a big plus. Dont forget to download the Circuit app for free transportation around Lauderdale by the sea.!♡

Elevator broke for hours.

Perfect location. On the beach, best part is you can order food and drinks while you relax and take in the sun. The guys were outstanding at setting up chairs and umbrellas wherever you like. Definitely a resort like feel. I will be visiting again.
