Great experience with my family in this hotel

For the price it is really not anymore up to date and not clean. You need a renovation!

The stay was awful first we had a broken shower curtain then the toilet stopped working we told the front desk about it but they never fixed it until 9:00pm that night. House keeping never cleaned our room once while we there and we had to ask for clean towels during our stay. Also customer service desk was rude. We went to checkout and all we wanted was a printout of our receipt but they didn’t want to take the time to print it out.

Air conditioning had mold. Generally week-worn room. Slow service. Note I was on business and did not use the water park.

Was able to get into our room early, which was a plus. Very friendly staff!

Great place to enjoy with family. Our young children and teenager really enjoyed the room, water park, and overall atmosphere. The breakfast was savory. Would definitely book again.

The dislikes were they don't take cash payment and also i didn't like that we had to scan drinks with 20sec time and i didn't like that they don't provided free breakfast with hotel stay and i didn't like that they don't have security cameras looking around who enters your room or who is around your room because there were kids going around to every floor and knocking on the doors around 10pm or 10 30pm they will knock and run away i did informed staff but i don't think they did do anything or found the kids that were doing that

Our family had a relaxing and fun time. The staff was great and the community of families were great too.

We have been to the great Wolf Lodge every summer for the past five years we always have a great time. It’s very convenient that the waterpark is located inside of the hotel however, this time that we stayed. It wasn’t as pleasant. When we received room service, they forgot to give us rags and also urinated in the toilet and did not flush it. They spent replenish the toilet paper as well. The staff was always seen on the hall munching on a break or having a huddle in the middle of the hallway and in front of our door. They greeted us but it seems unprofessional with the food in their mouth. Perhaps break should be taken in a break room. We will be back because our children liked it and we love the kids den area inside the room. It was better this time with the shampoo and body wash in a bigger bottle then the travel size bottles are used to give to us because me and my girls have long hair and always need more shampoo & conditioner. We loved the loose moose. Just a suggestion perhaps you could do room service every day.

Big rooms

GWL is great resort for fun and easy to park, walk down to the street. Waterpark is great size to keep kids busy

the price for the room was not worth the room and the access to the park. The room is no more than a motel 6. The bedding was clean, but everything else was just average or below. Sorry, just being honest.

We had a great time at the Great Wolf Lodge. Staff was friendly, the waterpark was excellent with tons of things to do for all ages. The room was great and the restaurants were excellent. We definitely be back pretty soon. My little girl wants to spend her birthday here. Thank you for everything 💯

The BEST Customer service Patricia in the front desk was so kind, friendly and explaining everything in the resort. Room was clean extra pillows and blankets. Water park was fun! Definitely coming back!

Good stay..

This was our first trip here. The hotel was nice, lots of fun amenities and restaurants for kids. But lines were long. Checking, we even had to wait in a 5 min line to get on the elevator to our rooms! Unfortunately the ventilations for the water park is really poor. When the door opened, heat and chlorine hits you hard. It was line walking into a sauna. The chlorine was so heavy that our eyes were burning, red and tearing from it. Overall, don't think I'll be back.

Reserving and payment first before going there is fine, but waiting to get a room is almost 4pm, we come here past 10am they staff said we can get the room before 11am-4pm, we just stay 1hr at the room. Thank you for everything. Getting room is taking so long :( we check out 5pm, we got the room almost 4p, so we just stay 1hr. Hopefully next time we can get it like 11am because we travel far away.
