Great Property

This hotel has a good restaurant, but, the 3 times I've stayed there, it gets packed. This last time, we decided to have all my meals someplace else. Otherwise, it's a nice hotel in a very nice area.

Stay for business. The hotel is nice and the staff were great and friendly. The rooms are feeling a little dated but not too bad.

Enjoying going back to this hotel while staying in San Pedro. Superior customer service and comfortable and clean rooms. Manuel from 9th floor level always takes great care of me and other guests.

The jacuzzi is out of service now and for the next 2 months according to the manager. The pool heater ia not working neither. The pool area is very dirty. The steam needs maintenance

I selected this particular property because it carries the Hilton name. I’ve never been disappointed by a Hilton hotel until now. This property is old and run down. As soon as I walked in the lobby felt warm. There are automatic glass doors and people go in and out constantly. The right thing to do would be to have the air curtains by the doors on, they were off. It was warm and humid. The hallways were also warm, the elevators were hot, no ventilation what so ever. The rooms were somewhat clean except you can tell that it was old. You could tell the bathroom had been remodeled except that they kept the old faucet. It was a modern rectangle shaped sink and had one of those old short faucet, making it difficult to wash your face and brush your teeth. There was a small fridge in the room but wouldn’t cool anything. There was no microwave, only a coffee maker. Room cleaning was good, but they would not leave plenty of towels, nor complimentary waters. Only one bottled water per room. I went down to the lobby to see if I could get more water from the front desk. There were 2 attendants, who were helping other guests so I went to the bar area. I asked a gentleman named Tony if there was a snack bar in the hotel. He asked what I needed and I told him I needed water and maybe some snacks. He gave me 3 bottled waters from the front desk and offered to go to the convenience store for me and get whatever I needed. I took him up on it, he was the best part of the stay

Everything was nice, my wife had an issued with the water faucet, i contacted the service desk and maintenance was up checking it before i could said parangaritutirimicuaro. Really happy with the place and service only downside was the pool was down for maintenance and they said it had been like that for several weeks.

I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PARTICULAR HOTEL, I WOULD DEFINATELY STAY OVER AGAIN.

Very comfortable bed.

Very good option, breakfast is very good, our view was amazing, just across the street of one of the main malls of the city.

Everything is fine except the pillows are very old non comfortable, the pool keep close at 7 am whne most want to use in the morning because have to go to work early.

The prpoerty was clean. The lobby is really nice. The on-site restaurant had great food and there was a lot of variety. Only downside is the hot tub was not warm and the last day our toilet was not flushing.

The room we had had rat noises in the walls, the baseboards were broken and coming off, no shower door no soap or shampoo (nobody uses them anyways but still). Staff were not helpful changed my room at 5am but wouldn’t compensate for the rat situation. Harassed me about the breakfast when I was told it was gonna be free. Be careful when you pick this hotel DONT pick room 218

Check in was really easy and fast; the staff is very kind, they always has a smile. The room is pretty clean and comfortable and the beds and pillows are really good too. My child loved the pool and there is a small bar with delicious drinks.
