Good atention

Very little and basic Services and no Customer attention at all

Poor service and facilities. Cold shower, noisy (doors slamming)

Front desk checkin was not nice. Did not explain things why we needed a key any a key got lights a/c etc. did not hive WiFi info had to go back to desk to get it. Key had to be revised multiple times so we could reenter our room. Loud early morning slammed doors. Limited breakfast options.

Best place to stay in Penonome area.

PLEASE NOTE, THIS REVIEW IS BASED ON 2 DIFFERENT ROOMS EXPERIENCES: Main room: My room had a refigerator, a little noisy, but, sort of melts away. Shower head did not produce a single 'shower', had to search for spot where it water was most concentrated, only 1 little round soap per room and shampoo conditioner. Also, bathroom extractor fan, did not work. No courtesy water and or cups in the rooms. As always, parking is a hassle, must share parking with casino. Is not possible that a guest at hotel has to walk close to a quater mile, at times, to get to the hotel reception or park totally out of view of hotel personel. I would gladly pay an extra fee for "assigned parking" just to be sure I would find a spot each and every time. Room 2: NO refrigerator, 2 towels when room was occupied by a couple and 3 yr old child. Hotel has seen better days. Maybe, they should focus a little more on actually going room by room for function instead of trying to be 'too green'. For both rooms, lighting seems to be kind of 'dim', 3 incandescent bulbs instead of LED don't offer much lighting and pool bar was closed on Sunday! Do not get us(both parties reviewing) wrong, the hotel is very nice, just, a bunch of little inconsistencies and nuances make it hard to give it a better score. I/we would return since it is a nice place, distanced from highway noise and few choices to eat/shop within walking distance and others within a minute or 2 driving due to distance.

Food in restaurant is really good.

The hotel reception and pool area were beautiful. However, the room was very plain with minimal amenities. It could have been a little cleaner in the bathroom. There were open bars of soap still in the shower. The box spring had a huge stain on it and the floor in the hallway had multiple dead bugs. The staff were very friendly and the waiter at breakfast was very efficient, fast, and welcoming.

It’s a great place to spend a few days in the town Penonome. It’s clean and has good amenities.

I was disappointed When we check in the person said breakfasts start at 6:00am we got ready went to it the person in the morning said that stars at 7:00 The beds did not have a cover towels old no wash clothes or hand towels Room very hot it turned off as soon as you walk out the room.

Buen hotel, precios razonables a orillas de la vía interamericana, muy cerca de dos centros Comerciales. Sirve muy bien como sitio de descanso en algún viaje de visita de playas y montañas en Coclé.

Very well maintained. Friendly staff. The food could be better.

The price was good and location was good. My 5 person famywas able to afford two rooms for several nights so that eveycould spread out and be comfortable. The staff was friendly and the pool was really pretty. Free breakfast buffet was basic but good.
