Probably one of the nicest properties I’ve ever stayed at. GM Benjamin greeted us upon arrival and was so attentive throughout our stay. The grounds are stunningly beautiful. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast buffet is unmatched! Staff was amazing. Honestly, if I could give it 6 stars I would. And if you’re going to see Andrea Bocelli in Lajatico (which we did!), there’s no better property!

A wonderful stay for our honeymoon! Loved every second. Surprisingly, the hotel is even better than the photos suggest!! It’s really so so beautiful, it feels like living in a painting. We will be coming back!
Ps: recommend renting a car, as transport is quite pricy!

Beautiful, quiet hotel with outstanding views, comfortable rooms, lovely gardens, great facilities and friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent, food and views at Olivinia were lovely but the food at Il Rosmarina was (in our opinion) overpriced and fairly average. The village of Castelfalfi (a 5 min walk from the hotel) is stunning and the food and wine at the local cafe (La Taverna del Castello) are outstanding. We would definitely visit again!

Everything about this resort is 10 star. All employees provide a level of service that is far above other hotels. Food & wine selections are superb. The setting is gorgeous with breathtaking views. The rooms and hotel are beautifully decorated with guests' comfort prioritized. The Concierge staff helped us plan unique and fun activities that immersed us in the beauty of Tuscan countryside, people, culture and food. We enjoyed the golf course, met interesting people, did a lot of walking and took in the views while relaxing on the patio. We toured nearby towns, did wine & olive oil tasting with food pairing, toured an organic cheese farm, had lunch at a new vineyard. Many thanks to staff & management for providing such a top quality experience. This is an outstanding property.

This was one of our favourite places to stay for our honeymoon! The staff were amazing, the wine tastings and views were incredible! They upgraded our room for free which was extremely kind and they had all kinds of activities and things for people to do. We even enjoyed horseback riding through the vineyards and rented Vespas to go to the near towns. I would recommend this place over and over again!

We had an incredible stay at Toscana Resort. The resort has some of the most stunning views in all of Tuscany, and the quality of Italian food at it’s various restaurants was second to none. The staff were extremely helpful, we felt very well taken care of. The hotel itself was impeccably designed, with a lot of attention to detail. It truly was a Tuscan dream - we will definitely be back!

The Suite was very Modern, Comfortable, and roomy with luxurious bathroom and amenities. The views 9f the property are breathtaking and the resort has multiple restaurant options, shops, art, and vineyard. Activities and facilities are abundant and within one hour drive of Florence.
The Property was very family friendly for children or all ages but also wonderful for a vacation with your spouse or self. Very relaxing serene property- will definitely visit again next trip to Italy.

This was simply breathtaking and amazing. It felt like the Gleneagles of Tuscany. It's a gorgeous resort with incredibly amenities and activities, and the staff is top-notch. I highly recommend the wine tour, were Cosimo provided an incredible experience. I'd go back again and again.

We had a lovely stay at Toscana Resort Castelfalfi. Staff was very helpful and professional. The hotel grounds were beautiful and very well kept, we especially loved all of the art that was displayed and the amazing views over the rolling hills of Tuscany.
The amenities were modern and of great quality.
For the standard and size of the hotel, the spa could definitely be bigger and offer more. Sadly, the Finnish sauna was out of order throughout our stay. However, we understand that the spa will be enlarged soon.

I stayed here with my wife for 4 nights in July, and we were extremely happy with our choice.
The property is like stepping into a postcard, every inch is beautiful and breathtaking.
We loved the activities they offered, and the staff was always happy to help with anything.
The spa was great, and wish we would've used it more frequently.
I highly recommend doing Archery if you're staying here, it was so much fun.. even my wife who typically wouldn't enjoy such activities had a blast.
The breakfast was the best we had in our 2 week stay over Italy.
I will be staying with them again!

best hotel experience in Europe. We travelled for 15 nights.. from Switzerland, France and Italy.
Castefalfi was the best!! Room was perfect, modern, all the 5 star amenities. The restaurant options superb. Pool and Spa.. like you were in 4 seasons or Park Hyatt. The hotel grounds are huge.. hundreds of acres.. no joke.
They have their own little village and castle.
You can take trails, bike ride, rent a motorcycle.. drive to nearby towns.. take a wine tour, cooking classes... so much to do.
Our only mistake.. we only booked 2 nights. Book 3 night minimum.
We are working to make our way back in 2023.
Its not close to Firenze Airport. its a solid 50 mins drive. The drive is beautiful. I would hire a car or rent a car. Renting a car is ideal if you rent from the Firenze airport.

Property was beautiful. Front desk people were very kind and eager to help with any request. Housekeeping forgot things on a Daly basis which was frustrating. No wash cloths one day, another day glasses weren’t replaced. Bed linens not changed on appropriate day. GPS does not lead you to the hotel which is extremely frustrating at anytime but especially after 24 hours of travel. Hotel need to put signs on roads to help. GPS directs you to golf course, not hotel.

A Fantastic experience with stunning facilities views and an attentive team. Just arrived back and we are looking to re-book for next year. With so much to see and do the hotel/estate is the complete destination for a getaway. Highly recommended.

After 15 years of high-volume bookings through Expedia this is my first review, however this experience compelled me to make some remarks. The entire staff has the highest quality of customer service and attention to detail: The housekeeping, bellman, concierge, check in and check out process, restaurant and related staff are all exceptional. I would rank the concierge department the highest rating. I am an owner of various hospitality, lodging, restaurant and related assets and this recent experience set a new standard for achievement.

This was a truly exceptional hotel. I am already looking forward to going back at some point in the next few years. The staff were some of the most attentive and pleasant I have ever encountered. They really go out of their way to ensure everyone at the hotel is making the most of their stay.
They provide an itinerary of all things happening at the hotel so you can take in Yoga, Wine Tasting and loads more. My wife and I had a cooking class with the head chef, Davide. He had an incredible background at some varied locations so enjoyed all the tips he gave us and the tour of how a professional kitchen works.
Being on a vineyard and growing their own food where possible also meant everything was so fresh. Their wine selection was excellent and very well priced.
Lastly, they also were very attentive to the Covid-19 situation and made every precaution necessary that people felt safe but comfortable all around the hotel.
