It was amazing. It’s a great hotel. The problem is that they have a couple of security around the pool that don’t let you do anything.

Location is amazing and the suites have everything you could need. It was spacious and clean, with simplicity. The pool is gorgeous and well-attended to, with clean towels and premises. The beach was the same, with hotel service waiting for you to arrive and set you up with towels, chairs, and umbrella each day of your stay. In between the outdoors and the room, I feel that the elevator wait is incredibly slow for a high rise. I also disliked the drab, dark hallways and the obvious lack of housecleaning in those areas. There was not a cleaning person to be seen in 5 days and the hallways were in desperate need of a vacuum!

Valet (Jessica Morales) and the front desk associate (Melvin) were rude. Jessica had an attitude because we did not want to valet the car and were asking for alternatives for parking our vehicle. Melvin placed us in a room without the view that we had paid for and was rude when we asked why we were placed in that room when we had paid for ocean view. He said that's all they had available and I needed to take it up with Expedia. The loungers and umbrellas on the beach were on top of each other. There wasn't and space between loungers and umbrellas. The close quarters were uncomfortable and noisy as everyone was clustered together. The coffee maker and shower had mildew. The power outlet in the kitchen island didn't work. The microwave buttons didn't work so you could only add one minute at a time. The freezer was dirty with a spill of something unknown. It was an overall negative experience. We will not be returning. Would not recommend.

Never had a chance to leave Columbus Ohio to go to Fort Larladale , Florida because of life issues. We never arrived to the hotel in Florida at all and I was charged for a stay that wasn’t seen throughout and plus I tried to make sure that I had a free cancellation policy just in case life issues happen, which it did , to cause my husband and myself not to take a well deserved Honeymoon of 14 years. But I know y’all don’t care but you ask if I had anything else to say and this is it !!!!!!!!!

Nice hotel, close to the beach. Beach chairs and towels are packed up too early in the day. Hotel restaurant is nice, but a but pricey. Overall, great stay, would foresure come back.

The property was good however the service were not good. First, if you are looking for a resorts this is not the place for you. Keep in mind that this is a residential property, therefore everything you purchase is separate from a ‘resort’ stay. This is a pay as you go property. I prefer to charge to room service which they do not offer. In fact you have to pay for to have your room cleaned $60 per clean. Parking is $40 per day and is mandatory. The staff could use a little bit more of of friendliness. I will not be retuning to this site.

Have to wait a long time for elevators. Staff are really rude & payed for ocean view & the view I had was roof of the building that’s infront. Talked to manager & he waved 1 fee of 35$. Such a joke. Do not stay here

Horrible experience, Valet parking hit my son with a car no AC two nights in a row , unable to change my room and the only refund they gave me was a resort fee of $35 . The elevators are impossible 30-45 minutes waiting for one, keys not working , very unprofessional staff including manager and night time staff are not able to help you at all , if you have a problem you need to wait to morning time . Horrible experience never again returning to this place . Worst of the worst

Property was nice location and very specious, first room we got put in to wasn’t clean and appeared to be under some construction. I also killed a roach in the kitchen. Property manager moved us to another room next morning. Manager said he was gonna remove one day from visit, but since we booked through Expedia he couldn’t.

The front desk was not friendly . Only the parking attendant was the only ones that were nice . Not even when we got there . Usually they will tell you welcome not even that .
We had to find out where everything was just gave us the key for the room and that was it .

I’ve always enjoyed this hotel. The rooms are super spacious and comfortable. The place has its flaws. Just like every review the elevator has always been an issue. It takes forever. And once you do have one it probably would stop at every floor. I am also not a fan of the heavy security around the pool. I understand it’s to keep non guest away from the pool. But it should be more of an unseen presence. Made the pool feel ghetto. And non welcoming.

The ability to contact the hotel was a massive struggle. Getting maid service, or even extra towels when requested, proved to be futile. Upon entering our room, it was sweltering. Not very welcoming. Took 5-6 hrs to finally cool off...the time we had designated to sleep! The valet "experience" was very forgettable. Good thing we only had to pay through the nose to park EVERY day. And those 'resort fees' that have become all the rage...that was a nice hockey stick to the face. But the most irritating aspect, was the 'bracelet' and how it would sometimes work, and sometimes NOT work.

I have never had worst experience at hotel then I had the Hyde I will never go back there again, they have this key system that never works for the room and I’m go back forth to the front desk trying to get my room to open, there customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen in my life from the receptionist to the manager.. The valet huge mess.. never go to the Hyde

We wouldn’t know – we booked on Hotels.com and when we went to check in, they informed us there was some sort of glitch in their system, and they did not in fact have any rooms available. They would not let us cancel our reservation through them and now Hotels.com is saying that they claim we did not fall within their cancellation policy.

Where do I start my check in lady was ghetto and rude then I get locked out of my room two different times so I had to go back down stairs and let them know I requested a ocean view I got a partial refund and ocean view then at 5;00 am I get a notification that my card was trying to charged in additional 3 hundred something which my bank sent me fraud alert when I went downstairs too express my stay the same lady was there again trying to talk over me when I was trying to explain my problems and concerns I called to speak to a manager and I was told he’s in a meeting I’m
