All updated inside and well suited to the environment of Ukee. Garden room is around back which feels more private. Hot tub was very enjoyable after days hiking and exploring beaches.

Beautiful place

What a beautiful getaway! We were greeted by a lovely hostess who made sure we would be comfortable. The room, hot tub and sauna were perfect after a day of hiking, whale watching and of course the beach!

This is our new favourite spot to stay when we head to the coast. Loved the sauna and the little kitchen. The big TV and Netflix beats hotel cable any day. Quick walk to the grocery store and breakfast and the hikes on the coast from big beach on are like nothing we’ve seen on the island….over 20 whales spotted Saturday alone. Thanks

Wow what a wonderful experience. After a long surfing day in the cold and rain, and then to come back to our warm, cozy, inviting cottage was SO nice. The cottage has a clean and stylish design. You can tell it was put together with care and with the guest's comfort in mind. The amenities all work great. Nice sound proof and warm room, super hot showers (just what we wanted after coming in from the ocean), entertainment, and super comfort beds. Also the cottage was SO clean! The owners were also super responsive and helpful. Got us whatver we needed in a timely fashion. They and the caretakers were very friendly and wanted to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back.

Perfect getaway

We really had no idea what to expect...came around the back of the hotel to check in and WOW...a little oasis. Beautiful shady space with chairs to lounge in and take in the scenery or a hot tub and sauna. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return

3 rd time back for a reason!

Great place. The room was comfortable and very clean. The location was within walking distance to grocery , restaurants and the trails. check-in and check- out super easy. The Inn’s outside area and parking lot are extremely well maintained and safe. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Francis Inn for being perfect,

It wasn’t as good as the hype around it

Property was clean and accurately listed, had nice amenities in the room (nice TV, microwave, fridge, cutlery, plates - was quite well equipped), the only thing is the washroom should have privacy blinds as our unit was able to get an unobstructed view of the outdoor stairs.

Incredibly beautiful apartment with great facilities. more modern than some modern apartments in the city. the hosts tried very hard to ensure that everything fit and worked. The whirlpool was also great to use in the rainy temperatures. The only negative was that the toilet light only came on when the sink light was on. This instantly woke you up from your sleep...

A cozy 4 unit inn in the heart of Eukiee. Modern and well finished with some nice touches.

Lovely getaway. Well appointed and very comfortable bed!

Lovely shampoo, conditioner and hand cream provided. Loved the hot tub and comfy bed. Loved the proximity to Zoe’s Bakery, and Lighthouse Loop. Very quiet and good value for the money. Loved the adults only policy.

Location and views

We are very happy with our stay at the Inn. Super close to the EV charger, dinner and the view. Love it.

Super cute getaway!! Great location in Ukee, close to town and brewery/grocery. Host was very hospitable and helpful with all our needs. Overall great weekend experience, would highly recommend.

A very comfortable stay! I would suggest that some counter space in the kitchenette would be freed up if the microwave was placed on a shelf. And the small fridge is a beverage fridge, so does not have a freezer. But the bed was comfortable, the electrical fireplace was cozy and we enjoyed watching Netflix movies in the evening. Overall, we would recommend this property!

Was comfortable I didn’t know there was no stove in the room. The open concept bathroom was a little annoying. Room over all was bright and clean. Bed was very comfortable.

Loved the property, very peaceful, loved the hot tub and gorgeous king sized bed. The exact romantic getaway we needed. Only a couple things missing- heated towel rack for wet towels and place for wet bathing suits. We loved our stay and hope to return one day soon!

Nice large room, comfortable bed, quiet, modern decor. Steep parking lot, must be careful leaving. All in all great place.

We loved staying at the Francis. The rooms were light and modern, the amenities were great and we enjoyed being walking distance to downtown Ucluelet.

Great room without the big hotel feel.

The Francis is incredibly well situated because it is walking distance from everything if interest. It has a nice semi-obstructed view of the inlet, but quite pretty. Very well kept and Charlie is incredibly friendly and helpful (gave some good tips and we got a bottle of wine and a birthday note). I would recommend it to my friends unless they want a direct view of the open ocean.

My husband and I had a lovely 3 night stay at this beautiful inn to celebrate our 30th anniversary. We stayed in one of the upper floor suites with a harbour view. The suite was bright, comfortable and well appointed with a small table and kitchen area. Upon arrival a bottle of wine and anniversary card were waiting. Check in/out was contactless but when we requested dry towels they arrived without delay. We had a fantastic stay and the personal touches of this home away from home made for a wonderful vacation!

Good location and very comfortable. Could not use the outside amenities because of poor weather but believe would have been good. Our only disappointment was the lack of any provision for making ice but the owner did provide some that took care of our need. The mini-fridge was more like a wine cooler but served our need for the time we were there.

A superb suite, but really too expensive for what it is. At this price, my expectations were much higher.
