Clean and modern room, with amenities, I was super impressed considering how reasonable the price was. Didn't hear any external noise. Curtains could be better for less incoming light in the morning but that was a minor issue. Good location, being only a 10 minute drive from the bet365 Stadium.

Property was very disappointing. Main room smelt of burnt food and bedroom smelt of cigarette smoke. Shower in the morning was scalding so not able to use despite trying for a long time to change the settings. Message the property a few days after stay to express concerns and heard nothing back. Terrible customer service. No compensation or anything offered.

A lovely little hotel. We stayed in room 66 and the kitchen was well equipped with comfy beds and it was very clean. The only issue I had was the £50 pre authorisation ( which still hasn't been released back onto my card 9 days later ) If you are staying here on a budget then this may not be the place. They need to make that much clearer when booking. Have stayed here many times before and this was the first time I've been asked to pre authorise my card. This has put me off and I wouldn't stay here again.

Nice welcome hassle free check in. Room is spacious,clean and comfortable. Small kitchen area with a 2 hot plate cooker,microwave and fridge.kettle tea coffee and sugar but they dont supply milk. Good free wifi.small but clean bathroom with a decent shower.They have a bar on site.Very reasonable price for what you get.

Very reasonable prices ,easy to locate, friendly staff that have freindly banter ,i would recommend stopping even just a couple of nights.

Enjoyed a comfortable weekend break at Lymedale suites. Rooms were spotless and the hotel in general was clean and tidy.

Very clean & comfortable. Would recommend an on site eatery though. However would recommend the cotton mill pub next to Sainsburys about a mile down the road.

Had 3 phone calls about our visit about the trip. All 3 asking what time we were arriving. 2nd call said they would make 2 of the twin beds into a double which they didnt. Felt hassled. Apparently up graded but cant see what the upgrade was. Cups in cupboard dirty. Edges in bathroom filthy around shower tray. Needs painting around the sink in the bathroom. No No head rests on beds so walls behind need attention. Bin lid didnt fit properly. Room boiling no spare pillows. Linen clean and towels a good size.

Clean, tidy, everything in good state of repair. Signposting to annexe/rooms accessed outside could be better. Bed not as comfy as other hotels...

They honestly made my holiday the best i could have asked for, i took my friend for a surprise away as she just lost her father. We checked into another hotel where i was not able to stay as the cleanliness and various other things were wrong. But i booked an hour prior to arriving and the room was perfect! I will be back very soon!

Arrived after a long drive only to find the room hadn’t been cleaned and made up after the previous guests. The receptionist was very apologetic and did offer to clean the room but I was tired and preferred to find somewhere else as they had no more rooms. From what I saw, rooms looked ok but Travelodge is a safer bet!

Where do I start? Family suite booked for a week for 2 adults and 2 small children... 1. Only one straight glass & 3 plates 2. One chair (for four people) 3. Vertical blinds (many missing), no curtains, no privacy 4. Dirty floor, dusty furniture 5. TV remote missing 6. No shaving point 7. Flood light outside (on ALL night) 8. Live & very loud music Friday AND Saturday nights until late - at least this drowned out the constant traffic noise 9. “all 64 of our recently refurbished Suites include an avant-garde kitchenette, cozy Sofa”... ours didn’t! 10. On our final night someone vomited on our car. This is the most basic of basic accommodation, unsuitable for families, functional at best and not in the slightest bit comfortable. Thankfully this was just a base for visiting family and day trips, but it was so bad we left a day early. The owners need to decide whether this is a hotel or an entertainment venue. Very disappointing experience, and disappointed to find this on Expedia.

The property has a self-checkin with security code sent to you ahead of time. We have 2 spacious rooms adjoined in the middle by the kitchen. The bedrooms and bathroom are clean and comfortable. There's bar of the same name at the back of the property but it's a quiet atmosphere nevertheless.

Last night of our stay guests in next room were loud all night through to us checking out at 9am in and out of room and smoking need better service at night for these problems to be monitored . Overall enjoyed room for our trip to Alton Towers

it was very comfortable and just the right size I asked for, had great facilities to use and enjoyed it very much!

Stayed one night bar all good nothing near by but room everything you require in there nice spacious room clean nice comfortable bed all amenities needed and bar on site also subway near by takeaways around also
