We had a great stay! The hotel is nice and the location is perfect. Staff very kind and helpful.

I booked the room because in the description it said "seperate bedroom", to me that means the bedroom is seperate from the rest of the room with walls. The room we got was just a one room with a bathroom. The manager said a seperate bedroom means you are not sharing a room with other guests. Since when do you dhare a room with strangers! Every morning early, there was some kind of noise that woke me up. The balconies are only separated by a small low wall, the people next to us smoked on their balcony and I couldn't enjoy sitting out on the balcony.

This hotel is in a great location and the rooms are very good. However, the staff were a little aloof and unfriendly towards us and our room could have been cleaner.

Loved our experience at the Rowan from valet to fresh cold water in the lobby to delicious drinks on the rooftop and a swim to fresh coffee in the Lobby in the morning to the friendliness at check out to the Uber friendly valet guys!

Best location in Palm Springs! The property is GORGEOUS, the staff is fabulous, the rooms are beautiful. And you can walk everywhere. I will always stay here for future Palm Springs trips!

Lovely and cute hotel in the heart of Palm Springs. From here you can walk to any restaurant or place you want to go in “downtown” Palm Springs.

My sister and I had a wonderful time. Thank you to David for picking us up at the airport and also driving us to our spa day. Ken was so incredibly nice to us. The staff was so supportive and friendly. Thank you for making our trip so memorable and special for my birthday.

Really loved this hotel. I would have given it 5 stars except they started doing construction on the roof at 8am on Monday with a jack hammer. It went on for hours. It was awful. That aside, the only complaint is that there are no doors on the bathrooms. If you’re traveling with a new partner or someone you’re not totally comfortable with, it’s kind of awkward!
Positives: GREAT location. Literally right downtown next to everything. Walk anywhere.

The biggest disappointment was paying extra for a room with a balcony to be on top of a parking lot. It’s truly unreal the photos advertised vs what you actually get. I don’t know how they can be so deceptive.

I really liked certain things in this hotel. It had a modern vibe and I loved that books were dotted around. Breakfast wasn’t worth paying for and the service was terrible by the female employee who was charmless and rude. Throughout the hotel some staff shone and some looked disenfranchised

Everyone makes you feel welcome and cared for. We were staying during an Extreme Heat Advisory which ordinarily would negatively affect our stay, but with the in house amenities and suggestions of the staff, we had a full schedule of enjoyment for our four day stay. Shout out to Alex in 4 Saints. She’s incredibly efficient and fun and made the evening memorable!

Loved this hotel for a birthday weekend celebration. Fantastic location, great amenities, and the rooftop pools is so lovely you won’t want to leave.
Service was great, food onsite was great, and they have freebies like snacks, coffee, and wine hour in the afternoon.
Highly recommend and I will happily stay here again.

This hotel is beautifully designed and very comfortable, with great service (especially from the valet team) and a very nice rooftop pool. It's in a great location and was thoughtfully designed, with good food at the restaurants.
Where it falls short a little bit is all of the prices. It feels boutique but there really isn't any reason to justify the $50/day resort "fee" and the $20 drinks at the pool. The only water you get in the room is an $8 bottle. The M&M's at the mini bar in the room are $7. There is no microwave. It's like they want you to eat dinner at the restaurant every night. So yeah, in some ways the price was justified, and in some ways it wasn't. Maybe I'm not fancy enough for this place.

Great place to stay for a weekend away. Great amenities. Comfortable and socious room. Loved that they offered almond milk with the free lobby coffee in the morning. The heavily used pool seemed like it could use a cleaning. More shade cover on the deck and misters would have been nice. Food is overpriced at the pool bar and quality just ok.

This is a first-class hotel right in the center of Palm Springs action. Great location, great views, wonderful amenities, and very modern rooms. This would be the only place we would stay in Palm Springs. Only regret was our stay was too short.
