Service was great

The property was on of the nicer hotels I have stayed at in Ecuador. Definitely an high end hotel that does everything they need to accommodate guest. I also like that they spoke English and Spanish.

Incredible stay!! The Super Staff, the Super hospitality, the Super care you experience is beyond words. They keep getting better and better,....even the new hires knew my name, that was remarkable. Thank you so much, i felt privileged.

Front desk need to update all guest information I have to wait for over 15 minutes to the person find out the reservation was paid already,

Room looked like a motel room instead like a Raddison room. Price wasn't worth the room

It was great, I had to take a flight at 3:40 am, so booked the hotel that offers free suttle service to the airport, in order to relax a bit and get some hours of sleep before the flight Enjoyed the swimming pool by sunset backed by a river and nice trees; a caputtino w a very good croissant on their outside coffee shop and lovely dinner in the well appointed restaurant. A wonderful experience at terrific cost!

Good hotel, it doesn’t look like the best neighborhood but if you go with taxis its fine.

Upon check-in at the Guayaquil Radisson Hotel on 5/20/21, we found several unsatisfactory issues with the accommodations. We immediately returned to the front desk and the initial reaction we received from the female receptionist was not helpful but rather dismissive. We were prepared to leave the hotel immediately. We have no desire to stay in less than acceptable accommodations or with staff that does not care about the level of service we expected or they provide. Overhearing our conversation with the female receptionist, a colleague that was also behind the desk- Jefferson Patino stepped in and asked how he could help. He was kind and genuinely concerned. Though we didn’t know it at the time, he had immediately begun to take action. We returned back to our room beginning to search alternate accommodations (Back to the Sheraton) when the house phone rang. We were greeted by Fransisco Salcedo. From this point, Francisco advised us he had been made aware of our issues by Jefferson and would do everything in his power to rectify our issues. From that point, our stay was perfect and we are extremely grateful to those 2 staff members who went above and beyond to address our issues

No hot water.

We communicate with the property numerous time to inform them that we had a large number of large luggages and to bring a large vehicle. It appears that our message went unread because we never got a response back from the hitel. I called and they could not find my reservation and I informed them of my luggage situation again. Upon arrival we had a very small taxi waiting for us. They wanted to split my wife and I into several different taxis. I totally disagreed with that and found a SUV to take us to the hotel. This hotel does not have their own vehicles for airport transportation, so if you have large luggages be prepared to take a few taxis to the hotel. We did not receive the VIP package or welcome.

I've been staying at this hotel for about 4 years now and it is always a delight to stay there. The super staff is always eager to assist in any way they can. The food is exquisite as usual. Thanknyou.

We loved the fact that the hotel offered transportation to/from the airport. Our room was clean and the staff was very helpful. We obtained an excellent recommendation for traditional Ecuadorian food from the front desk-outstanding!

The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. The food and drinks in the restaurant were delicious!
