Thin walls and a loud snorer in the next room.
Discovered there was no hot water in the morning in either the sink or the shower. I had to rush to catch a train so no time to complain.

Room was large but had a very small window so no real daylight into the room.
Bathroom was small, mould on the ceiling and the shower only gave out extremelyhot water as the mixer seemed broken.
If it wasnt for the fan in the room the room would have been very hot as could not get any ventilation.
Bed was comfortable, extremely small tv on the wall. Carpet was stained
Towels were clean and soft.

Beautiful property. Front of house gentleman was extremely welcoming and really helpful. Very friendly too. Room was perfect. Extremely happy with my stay, perfect base for the concert I attended in Bedford Park.

The room for one night was very pricey. The room was the same as most in hotels I normally book in Central London...except this room cost x3 more. There was nothing extra special to warrant the extra money.

Very thin walls and squeaky floorboards in the room upstairs, coupled with other guests making loud phonecalls and pacing around, respectively, at 5 o'clock in the morning, after a night of them leaving their TV on loud until gone midnight, meant I didn't sleep very much.
It was advertised as free parking but there weren't any spaces left.
The restaurant was closed on Mondays and this wasn't mentioned in the advert. The mention of the hotel having "3 restaurants" was part of the appeal of the booking!

Seemed like a well run hotel. The hotel was fine, comfortable enough. It had been decorated on a budget, but that wouldn’t stop me staying here again.

Hotel which was walkable into centre of Bedford (15-20 walk), Parking spaces at front, limited. Nice reception at desk, bed was comfortable, but desk would have been difficult to sit at. Ensuite shower was up a step and toilet was right behind the door (had to shut the door to use the toliet).

Easy to find, parking onsite. Friendly greeting upon arrival and pleased to know that there was two options for restaurants, although, we did not end up eating there. overall lovely hotel, if I had to be picky, the room could do with a few touch ups in parts, but clean and rooms were a great size. Note to staff, could do with a coat hook on the back of the door? Just a thought, but still had hangers in the closet. I would stay again :)

Everything clean and comfortable and a good night's sleep. Plentiful free parking. Continental breakfast generous and good value. Staff attentive and welcoming. Decor quite glam and quirky and a pleasant change from the usual anonymous business hotel vibe.

Never stayed here before.. I can’t praise the place more.. 10/10 from walking in, friendly receptionist, reception really looks cool and clean. Room had everything, comfy bed, lots of coffee and biscuits, even 2 fans!

Staff are friendly enough and evening meal options along with Thai menu is quite good.
Not worth paying for breakfast option as baked beans don’t go with Croissant and pastry(quite bizarre)
Bedroom dated,pillows flat and bathroom/shower ridiculously small but clean.

The hotel was well situated , only 10 mins from city centre, with free car parking.Room was large clean and very quiet.My only complaint being the shower did not work, as no mixer taps had been fitted, but after mentioning it to reception I was offered another room.Altogether a very pleasant stay and I would stay here again.

Stayed 2 nights here absolutely beautiful place clean comfy and very welcoming on arrival.
Only thing the walls are abit thin and my neighbours were getting jiggy with it at 2am so had to tap on wall would still stay here again without question.
Hope the owners are proud they should be.

WE STAYED 2 NIGHTS, WE WENT AT 20.00 O"CLAC EVENING ON THE FIRST NIGHT. WE DID PAY FOR FAMILIY ROMM,
THEY SAID THERE WAS NO ROOM THAT NIGHT AND, MY WIFE IS ON THE 1st FLOOR AND I HAVE TO STAY IN THE ROOM ON THE 2nd FLOOR.
WHEN I VOID OBJECTION, THEY GOT THE ROOM THE NEXT DAY AS WE RESERVED.
2- I THINK THE HOTEL IS AT 2-3 STAR LEVEL.
