The property is upgrading its establishment. It has various levels of accommodation. I traveled alone and chose the lowest level - it was one of a group of similar units. The unit was spotless, seemed to have been updated recently. It had a queen bed, and a single bed. It had everything I required - microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery for 3 occupants, TV. Room size was adequate for the potential number of occupants - certainly adequate for one. There was no couch (not a problem for me). My final observation would be that the unit I was in was an older style motel room, best suited for a person(s) traveling for work or a short stay. There are newer units if your are basing yourself here for a holiday.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The ceiling fan was broken. No sink to wash up dishes. No dishwashing detergent to wash up dishes. No bedside cabinet or lighting over the bed. No light switch from the bed. Very dusty worn curtains.

Fishing was fantastic . Very tidy pool was beautiful.

Good value for money and lovely pool area. Property adverised a bouncy pillow which it didnt have. We used some of the cutlery which was in the individual paper bags before realising it wasnt clean (ewww). Apart from those things, enjoyable stay.

Wifi was non existent. Password in the room, however when I went to reception to ask why it was not working, I was told the room was too far away to reach the modem! Room was clean, however in bad need of a new bed. Very old thin mattress and felt the springs. Tradies staying in the adjacent rooms drinking outside our room also wasn’t great.

greeted with a smile on arrival, and room was perfect for what we needed. Children had the own space. Swimming pool and jumping were a treat for the kids. Would happily stay here again.

We spent 2 nights here at one of the motel units. Unit was clean with a very comfortable bed. A quiet spot with a short walk to the town centre. Wifi ok. Fridge, aircon, heating, and microwave lovely to have. Very much an older budget motel but happy with our stay here.

A good place for a simple 1 night stand. We walked into the centre of Negambie which was a very nice country town. Accommodation and service great for our purpose. Quiet, clean and comfortable in a basic sort of way. Would stop there again

Had a great time did not stay very night but the staff at the front counter made we feel welcome l have been in the motel business for years and the the lady Trish at front counter was the best and made me feel very welcome

For a caravan park motel room, it is comfy, quiet, clean and really good value. Really good customer service at reception, and located close to the cbd area. Overall a pleasant stay.

The bed was quite comfortable but I was very disappointed that for $130 a night there was no face washes or bowls to have breakfast in.
They did offer a microwave but what is the point of having a cooking facility with no crockery.
If they were offering meals onsite I can understand but there was not even any places to eat nearby so I think it is pretty slack for them not to include bowls and spoons, especially considering the price.
The rooms were old and very basic so I feel that for $130 a night it is overpriced.

The rooms are not cleaned each day, dishes not washed and no products left for you to do them yourself, and towels not changed. When I went to the desk and asked about it I was told they do not service the room. However she was helpful and gave me clean linen and dishes.
People need to be aware that this service is not offered.

Stayed in Hotel and not cabins, Hotel was clean and comfortable, 15 -20 min walk into town and the lake. Hotel was good for a short stay. Downfall is that the pool closes at 6.00pm which is too early in summer
