Beautiful home and property. Beautifully decorated. I stayed there with my husband, mother, sister and four kids. We all had great rooms and the bathrooms were very nice. The kitchen and living room were very spacious and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the beautiful backyard and Jacuzzi. I will definitely be staying here again!

This property is amazing! We enjoyed the holiday decorations, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The basket of goodies was a big hit with the kids! Nicolle and Robert were wonderful hosts! We can't wait to return!

We loved our stay! So well equipped with everything for the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, large towels for the hot tub, outside lights... Communication with Nicolle was great! She connected with us from the moment we booked, kept us posted on check-in time, and immediately responded when we texted with a question. Definitely would stay again if we came back to the area!!

Our family Christmas celebration could not have been more perfect. This home delivered on every one of our needs: big kitchen for making raviolis, family breakfasts with griddled pancakes, bathrooms for everyone but mostly the lovely touches which the host Nicolle had in every nook and corner. She was wonderful! We will most certainly be returning for another wonderful stay.

House was immaculate, and host was very accommodating. The only thing I wish was different was being allowed to feed the team during some down time in between games. Was told this wasn’t allowed however the house was plenty big enough to allow the girls to relax during their down time. Other than that, everything is 5 stars!

We are four dads and sons who plan a golf trip every year to a different part of the U.S. We chose Albuquerque this year and our first reaction on arriving Wednesday evening was "Wow!" The pre-trip communication from Nicole was great, so we were clear on expectations, but this property has so much going for it we were amazed. Plenty of beds for everyone, lots of space, and the backyard - with hot tub, waterfall, fire pit, bbq grill and views of mountains - was terrific. The gang agreed it was the best place we have stayed (and the bar for us is pretty high). I give it five stars, but would go to six if that rating were available. Nicole, thanks so much for making our 10th annual trip one to remember.

This is a lovely, spacious rambling home, beautifully and tastefully decorated. Nicolle and Robert go to extreme lengths to give their guests everything they need, from reading glasses to first-class kitchen. All you need is your clothes and a swimsuit. We have not met a more gracious hostess anywhere. Eight of us were accommodated comfortably. The area is quiet and a real getaway hideout.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the El Albergue del Pinon in Rio Rancho. From the moment we arrived until the day of departure, this place exceeded all expectations. First and foremost, the location was perfect. The property offered a tranquil escape from the city while still being conveniently close to local attractions. The ambiance and breathtaking views provided for a very relaxing getaway. The highlight of this rental was undoubtedly the beautiful patio/portal, which was nothing short of a private oasis. Complete with the comfort of a hot tub, fire pit, and an abundance of comfortable seating, it was a perfect place to relax morning, noon and night. The attention to detail and cleanliness of the property reflected the utmost care and dedication of the owners. The interior was flawlessly organized, and we were delighted to find clear instructions for every amenity available. It made our stay effortless and stress-free, as everything we needed was at our fingertips. Moreover, the communication and support provided by the Nicolle and Robert was amazing. We came to rio rancho to participate in a hot air balloon race, this house was perfect and made the trip extra special. The Location, the size, all the extras and the host was an added bonus! Her communications and attention to detail were wonderful!

Our stay was absolutely amazing. We have stayed in a lot of different Vrbos and this was without doubt our best experience ever. The property is beautiful, clean, spacious, all of the needed amenities, etc, but what made this the best was the hospitality of the property owner. They left a thoughtful snack package for our family AND for our doggos. I knew I could call or text Nicolle with anything we needed or had questions about. I was absolutely THRILLED to learned that she has multiple Vrbos in the NM area, a place we frequently visit. There is no question that we will try to stay in her properties whenever we are in town. If you are on the fence when selecting between available rentals in NM, I hope this may help in your decision. I can’t imagine anyone ever being disappointed with the level of thought and care that Nicolle brings to her guests. It is evident that she truly loves providing this level of service to her guests and she cares about ensuring guests have the best experience while visiting. One specific example of her level of care, she not only left an amazing snack basket, but she also got in touch to make sure we didn’t have food allergies. Me and my adult children are all severely allergic to nuts and we were able to enjoy everything she left in the basket because she avoided those products. This is just one of many examples of the 5 Star level of hospitality provided. Our family will fondly remember this stay for a long time to come.

We loved our time here! Relaxing with plenty of room to spread out both inside and out. Beautiful lighting and furnishings. Wonderful hosts who left us yummy welcome basket and answered any questions promptly! House includes so many little extras such as pantry, hygiene products, beach towels, blankets, laundry detergent and even umbrellas. Also, portable fans, back scratchers, extra blankets and pillows in each bedroom.Nicolle thought of everything. Excellent hot tub and outdoor lounge areas! Highly recommend.

If you are on the fence between this property and another one, I would suggest this one because of the gracious and incredible hosting experience we recieved. The actual property was even bigger than we expected and even more beautiful in person. The kitchen is absolutely stocked and there are spices! The beds were very comfortable, the home was so cozy, the view of the mountains were incredible and the hot tub was so perfect!The hosts actually make you feel welcomed and wanted as opposed to the vibe some hosts have of you being a bother to them or unable to actually relax at the property. This was hands down the smoothest, kindest and best communication. Worth every penny we would absolutely come back.

A beautifully decorated home, so cozy, yet the rooms are all spacious. Really feels like a home. Every detail that can make a traveler comfortable has been thought of. The Sandia Mountain view is beautiful and my friends and I loved our nights enjoying the hot tub with outdoor speakers. I can’t wait to be back in a warmer month to enjoy all the outdoor living in the back yard. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Host is committed to you having a five star experience. One of the best VRBOs where we’ve stayed. We stayed at this house for a long birthday weekend and it was exactly what we needed. A lovely disconnect from the city and beautiful Mountain Views. We loved sitting on the patio during the day and by the fire at night! The house is beautiful decorated and stocked with any type of kitchen appliance you may need. No detail went unnoticed in the house. Nicolle was a gem and extremely helpful in providing recommendations and excellent communication throughout the process. Would give more than 5 stars if we could :)

This property is incredible and the description and pictures do not do it justice. Nicolle was such an incredible host. She made sure that the home was decorated with holiday cheer and made the check in and check out process seamless. The place has many small details that elevate the experience. The location is central to old town and the airport and the neighborhood is quiet. Absolutely recommend booking a stay here!! Thank you to the entire team that made our weekend memorable.

This house is spectacular. Super clean, super well furnished and super well maintained. It honestly had more kitchen items than I have at home. The garden is also beautiful and in the warmer period of the year will be a very pleasant retreat. We only used the hot tub as it was rather cold. If we ever have to stay neer Albuquerque again I wil definely book a second time. Highly recommended!

Five of us stayed in the house for a short girls weekend and there are not enough words to express how amazing the house and overall stay was. I'll continue to book this property over and over again. Every single thing has been thought of to make your stay absolutely perfect. Kitchen well stocked (super fancy coffee machine), bathrooms had legit anything you could ever need, outdoors were setup thoughtfully and beautifully. Seriously, the pictures do not do this property justice. The host was incredibly communicative leading up to the process, and left us the most amazing basket of goodies upon our arrival. Every day we discovered something better about the house. It's PERFECT for a group, the house is large, the bedrooms are beautifully furnished and spaced out. The hot tub was PRISTINE, even extra heaters outside if you want to hang out when it's chilly. The view in the backyard, especially sunrise is phenomenal. I've stayed at a lot of properties and this was by far one of the best. Every time I visit ABQ, this is the property I will be renting. Stop looking now and book this place, seriously. Thank you to the host, we had the absolutely BEST time!

Words cannot express how amazing this house is. From the moment we walked in the door the ambience "greeted us" with beautifully lit pumpkins, a welcome basket and relaxing music playing. There was plenty of space to spread out and the open floorplan was wonderful when we wanted to gather in the kitchen at night. Everything in the house was done with luxury in mind down to the sheets we slept on. Additionally, the backyard was breathtaking and we spent several nights sitting on the porch after using the hot tub. The little details, such as string lights and candles outside that were timed to come on exactly at dusk , really stood out to our group. I could go on and on about the house, but I also wanted to mention Nicolle. Her responsiveness was unbelievable. I have stayed in many vacation homes over the years and never experienced that level of responsiveness and kindness. She not only checked in on our family throughout the stay, but offered to pick up groceries for us as our flight arrived very late at night. Additionally, she was a knowledgeable host and had recommendations for local restaurants and activities to do around the area. I can't say enough about this AMAZING property and host. Thank you Nicolle- we truly loved being there and felt incredibly lucky to have had such an experince!

My family and I have not been back to Albuquerque in over 17 years. We always loved the mountains, skiing, food, and especially the hot air balloons. Our son was very young when we lived there. We would tell him stories and show him pictures of the mountains he learned to ski on, and all that ABQ has to offer. He really enjoyed the pictures of the balloons. So this Oct. 2022 was the 50th anniversary of the International Balloon Fiesta. My son wanting to get engaged to his girlfriend; put a plan in motion to ask her to be his wife at the Balloon Fiesta. Long story short we ended up back in AQB and he was able to ask her in the air on a balloon (thanks to Rainbow Riders). This was a quick planned trip with not a lot of time to plan. Housing options due to this large event were in short demand. When this property became available it was the perfect fit for our family. Nicolle the owner of the propery was the best part of this whole experience. We have stay a lot of places and love the stays with VRBO, but never had the level of service we received with Nicolle. She was top notch from the texting and info... to the warm welcome surprise upon arrival. Every detail of this home is so well organized. If you and your family are planning a trip to the Albuquerque area... do your research. Do not just stay at a hotel or property based on price. Look at safe location out a bit, but not too far. If you love a great view, peace and quiet, lot of dinning options, shopping ... this hot tub is for you. We were able to sleep 4 couples; and with the layout of the home have our own space. I cannot say enough about Nicolle and the stay away from home experience she has created. We will be back and will definitely be staying at this property. Thank you Nicolle for everything. You made our engagement trip the best ever.

This property was beautiful with all the amenities you could ever ask for. The backyard is an oasis with gorgeous mountain views. The property manager went above and beyond and was extremely kind and helpful. I would book this property again in a heartbeat!!
