Wonderful home, plenty of space. Tons to do, and relaxing. We enjoyed it so much and our hosts were gracious and readily available next door, though not at all intrusive. It was perfect!

Amazing property!! Everything you could possibly want is here. The hosts have thought of everything. The pool was great! The movie room was a big hit. Plenty of space for people to move around. If you're headed to Dallas, this is the place to stay. Wonderful hosts!

We rented this house for the weekend of my son's wedding. We were so impressed with Barbara's thoughtfulness and thoroughness. We discovered little extras throughout the house that were both unexpected but much appreciated. I would HIGHLY recommend staying at Larkspur. It was beautiful and relaxing. The pool is gorgeous and the theater room and ping pong table added a fun level of enjoyment for the entire group. Thanks again Fowlers for allowing us to enjoy your home

We were in town for my daughter's wedding, and with a large family coming in from out of town, this property was perfect! Quiet neighborhood, close to shopping and amenities, we couldn't have asked for a better location. Barbara and her husband were the most gracious hosts as well. They went out of their way to accommodate our combined family dinner the night before the wedding. Wish we'd had an extra day to just relax by the pool or watch a movie in their amazing media room! HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend!!!

I recently stayed at this property with friends to celebrate my 50th birthday celebration and it was absolutely perfect!! The home was spacious, clean and loads of everyday supplies. We never ran out of anything. The owner was very nice and extremely quick with answering my questions. Both the media room and ping pong table were a huge hit amongst the group!! We rented the home in February so unfortunately it was too cold to use the pool/hot tub but I am totally going back during the summer to enjoy the homes beautiful backyard oasis!! Loved the home and hands down it gets a 10/10 star rating from me!!

The house is lovely, and in a beautiful neighborhood. The movie theater was an absolute delight. (And it was easy to use!)
Plentiful bedrooms and places to relax. Lots of books and games for the kids.
The pool and hot tub weren’t available, unfortunately, but the owners came over to visit and try to fix it. They gave us a deduction on our total fee.
There was a delightful hot cocoa station with all the fixings. It felt so cozy and fun being there. We’ll be back.

Our family had an amazing time at this property. The house and yard are beautiful. There are a lot of bedrooms and the media room is very cool. The check-in and checkout were very easy/smooth and the owners were welcoming and helpful. We look forward to staying again next year!

We stayed at the house while in town for our daughters wedding. It had more than enough room to accommodate our family. Perfect house in a perfect location. The owner was extremely accommodating as well. Can’t wait to stay again!

We stayed three nights for our company retreat. Everyone loved it. Lots of room to spread out. We even watched movies in the theater room. Host was great as well. This was one of my top VRBO experiences and I highly recommend. Also a great location with everything close by.

We stayed here when we went to Texas for a wedding. The house has lots of space and was very quiet. The owners live in a guest house on the property, but we never heard them.
The highlight of the stay was the garden. The courtyard garden and the path through the backyard were so green and peaceful, I had to remind myself I was in Texas.
