We had an amazing time. There was plenty of space for our family of seven. Enjoyed sitting by the pool and exploring our surrounding. Would have liked to use the grill but the ones before us had not cleaned after themselves. Will recommend to friends and other family members. Thank you so much!

Beautiful home

We were a party of 8 and had a ton of room at this property. The kitchen was well stocked with items to prepare and cook meals. We had an infant with us and the home also had items for us to use for her such as a high chair, playpen, dishes, and pool floaties. Daryl was very responsive when I reached out with questions and even ordered a beach canopy for us when I inquired if there was one so I knew whether to pack one or not. This home is fantastic and in a great location. It was a quiet neighborhood and off the main highway, but walking distance to the beach and a short trip to Walmart for groceries. We had wonderful meals at a variety of restaurants within a 10 minute drive and about 30 minutes to Biloxi. We chose to heat the pool and the temperature was perfect for the beginning of April. We would definitely book this house again if we were in the Mississippi area!

Home away from home. Spacious, close to everything, lovely view of the beach. Home is well supplied. The owner is easy to contact and quick to act.

Can’t say enough positive things about this home. Everything was fantastic from the booking to the ease of checking in and out. Beautiful home with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Already planning our next trip to area with plans to stay in the home again if possible.

We had a great mid-week stay in this lovely house, only a block and a half from the beach in Pass Christian. Everything was perfect. I don't want to recommend this house because I'm afraid it will cause it to be all booked up! Just kidding, it's an A+

The property was a dream! It was way more than I expected. It was humongous! It was clean, well thought out, and provided every amenity! My young adult kids were thrilled with the room, places to sit, enormous kitchen. My family was blown away. The kitchen was well stocked with everything to prepare a meal. I got groceries delivered by shipt and we were in business! I hope we get to stay again! The host couldn’t have been more helpful. We had a wonderful time!!

Our girls weekend was absolutely great! The house was beautiful and very spacious. The pool was clean and very enjoyable. We will definitely be back.

Three classic couples +1 single who came to the Gulf Coast to enjoy a week together looking at all the beautiful classic vehicles with Cruisin The Coast. House was absolutely beautiful. Having an elevator was a plus. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and having coffee out on the porch each morning. We definitely will be back. Darryl the host answered fast and took care of what we needed.

Beautiful home with everything you would have in your home Would rent this place next year

This home was Perfect!! It had anything you could possibly need and was absolutely Beautiful!! Can’t put into words how special this home is! They thought if everything plus some!

Cousins from PA, NJ, GA and LA along with their grandmothers met up for a week of fun. The house was perfect for this. Spacious and clean with a wing for the kids bedrooms. Fully stocked and everything in working order. Excellent communication with the host. We had two little problems and he had someone out immediately to fix them. We all especially enjoyed the pool. We'd love to go back!

The entire house was fantastic. We have never been able to secure a house of this size and quality for the price it is. Everything is very open concept and you have everything you need in the kitchen. It’s a very quiet and safe area. We all kept talking about how comfortable the mattresses were and enjoyed having enough room on the couch for our whole group. The only thing we would recommend is better steak knives & a quicker coffee pot. Darryl was very helpful through the whole process and always responded to any question quickly. We can’t wait to come back again next August as we have no real complaints about this rental! Thanks for a great stay!

We came to celebrate my mom n mother in law bday. It was enough room for everyone to move around and enjoy themselves. The pool was extremely lovely. The only thing my group had to complain about was not enough towels. I just had to wash so they would have some clean towels for the next day.

If you are looking for a spacious up to date house with everything you could image/need then this is your house! Literally wish I could take this house and move it to Missouri!! Plus Daryl was very prompt to answer all questions we had! Highly recommend this house!!

We spent alot of our time traveling between state's and seeing and doing all of the things from islands to down town new orleans. This location offered the perfect quiet central location to crash every night. We also fell in love with Shaggy's down the road!

What a fantastic home! Starting with the grounds, I really appreciate how the yard was entirely fenced in. To me it added a layer of security for little ones to run around and my small dog - I didn't have to worry about anyone running off. The landscaping is beautiful and the pool is salt water which I loved, another nice surprise. There is plenty of seating around the pool and plenty of pool floats and toys. Underneath the house is where the teens played games and a pool room that had a restroom. This home isn't without lots of deck space. Morning coffee on the porch was perfect with the beach views and there was some great porch naps happening on the comfortable furniture. The kitchen comes with everything you need and more. They have both glass and plastic drinkwear, special plates and cups for toddlers, a highchair, coffee pot with a side for traditional pot brewed coffee and a side that uses K-Cups. To my surprise there was a huge pantry that had more kitchen supplies and plenty of shelving to store all your snack foods. There is even a bar cart to store your liquor on. All the bedrooms were spacious and the Jack and Jill concept worked out perfectly and can be cut off from rest of the house - no worries about waking up sleepyheads. Even the bedrooms in the main part of the house are quiet and I was surprised to see a bathroom in the small room that is near the primary room - I'm telling you, this house kept on giving! Great place to stay and we had a wonderful visit!

The property was GREAT!! We had everything we needed. The owner was super helpful, and it felt like he cared about our experience. Pass Christian was a super cute, small beach town. If you are going to be in the area, this is where you should stay!

This home had everything we were looking for: Wheelchair accessible, swimming pool, outdoor spaces, close to beach and restaurants, plenty bathrooms. If you are traveling with a totally wheelchair confined family member, this home will work except for bathtime. You should bring a portable bed bath or a tub bench and faucet shower adapter. These homes are hard to find and this one was perfect for us. We have already booked for next year.

The layout was perfect for 3 families to coexist comfortably. The house was well stocked and the views were amazing! Would definitely book again.

Wow, just wow! That's what we adults kept saying about the house and the property. We could not believe our good fortune in finding such a beautiful space with an incredible location and all the amenities we could possibly need, including a private, heated pool, a dumbwaiter/elevator for unloading our luggage and groceries, and a massive yard with a half basketball court. As a group of 3 families with multiple kids under 6, we have struggled each year to find a location for our annual "friend reunion." That struggle is now over because we have found the perfect place. We cannot thank Darryl enough for being a wonderful host, and we look forward to returning next year! :)

We booked this beautiful home 6 months before our stay for Spring Break with our families. We wanted a spring break that was beautiful, relaxing and fun. That is exactly what we got. From the booking process all the way through to coming home the owner, Darryl was amazing. He was quick to answer any questions regarding the home and area. When we walked into the home it looked exactly like the photos, however more beautiful and the home was much bigger in person. We had 6 adults and 3 teenagers and we had more than enough room. The home was exceptionally clean and was stocked with anything we needed. The expensive decks had plenty of seating for us to play cards and relax. The pool was beautiful and clean. The backyard was very large and perfect for playing games. We went for bike rides and walks along the beautiful white sand beach. The home is in a beautiful area and very close to shopping and restaurants. Our entire party wants to go back to this vacation home in the future and non of us wanted to leave, which is usually not the case! We all came home relaxed and recharged. We would absolutely recommended this home for your future vacations. Only 1:15 hours away from New Orleans too!

This home and property has everything needed with several separate bedrooms and bathrooms and a large kitchen/living area to congregate. The backyard and pool is spacious and a great place to relax. The owner communicated on any questions and concerns immediately. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area!

Our annual family Mardi Gras trip was exceptional at this home. We had plenty of space and the property was beautifully decorated. Darryl was great and made sure we had everything we needed. The neighborhood was perfect, and we even met some friendly neighbors. Can't beat the view of the Gulf while having morning coffee. Love the Spence home!

This VRBO property and host are the BEST! The home is magnificent - open, airy, very comfortable, and all the amenities you would want (including an elevator for bags and groceries) ... very easy to relax and have fun. It is a block from the beach and a short drive to restaurants, more beaches, coffee houses, the casino and more. And the host is attentive to details and extremely responsive - could not have been nicer or easier to work with. We received permission to bring our 2 dogs and the house and yard, with an easy to walk neighborhood, was perfect. We can't wait to stay here again! If visiting the MS gulf coast, it really is THE place to stay.

Very well laid out for small group seminar. Sufficient to accommodate up to 10 people for Retreat with adequate space to do breakouts and great for large meals together!
