We stayed here for 5 nights for my sister's bachelorette party and had a wonderful time. The house was the perfect size and accommodated all 12 of us well. It was also decorated so nicely and had plenty of cute spots to take pictures together. The pool was definitely the best part and where we spent the majority of our time. The water was always cold, which felt amazing on the really hot days, and the mats to lay on were ideal. We had everything we needed out there! When we did decide to go out on the town it was a quick ride in a cab and convenient to everything Palm Springs has to offer. Parth was the epitome of a perfect host. He was very responsive to questions and was always super helpful. When we ran out of toilet paper he got some delivered to the house along with a box of fun doughnuts for us. It was so kind. I couldn't recommend him more as a host! The one big thing I would change about the property is the sand/rock area that surrounds the pool. You have to walk through it to get into the pool and the rocks hurt the bottoms of your feet. It also gets stuck to your feet and then tracked into the house. Having stepping stones (or turf) to lead to the pool would fix that right up. Also, some sort of cordless stick vacuum would have been amazing to have as well to clean it up each day (there was a bulky vacuum with a cord in the garage that we did use but it was incredibly loud and annoying to maneuver with a cord). Overall 10/10 - would stay here again in a heartbeat

Property was in a great location, and the pool and outdoor space was wonderful! Good bedroom layout to accommodate multiple guests. Well stocked kitchen and house overall. I was impressed with Parth's quick response and he was a pleasure to work with. Easy check in and check out.

We have stayed at numerous homes but this one was the best because the art was unique and the furnishings ultra luxury and rhe interior decoration whimsical and eclectic and included pieces that could be in a modern art museum. Our host Parth was a dreamboat and i would recommend this home over the many homes i have rented for family.

Everything went as planned. Just a very good experience.
