We arrived on Sat at 4pm and all seemed good. The house was great for our party. Very clean. When we attempted to use the pool we realized it was not heated and was very cold. We called and were told it would be $250 for the week to heat it. We said please add that to our stay. I later noticed we were charged $280 and when I contacted the management company I was told the difference was for tax. On Sunday the pool lady came out to turn on the heat. It never came on. We called and told the management company and they told us we needed to wait 24 hours for the pool to heat up (but the pool lady told us it should only take 2-3 hours). I contacted the management company when we still did not have heat on Monday and told them there was an error message. They asked me to send pics of the error message. On Tuesday late morning the pool lady came back, worked on the issue and the pool was finally comfortably heated at around 5pm that evening. That's 3 days we missed out on heat for the pool and were never offered a credit. The Wi-Fi also did not work until Wednesday. We contacted the mgmt company several times and finally someone came out and replaced the router. Our stay was to end on Sat at 10am meaning Friday was our last full day of vacation. On Friday morning at approx. 10am, the pool lady came and cleaned the pool, added more water (cold) and chemicals. Nobody in our party wanted to get in for a few hours due to seeing the chemicals being poured directly into the pool. We didn't understand why she would come on Friday and not Saturday. When I contacted the mgmt company (via text message) upon returning home and receiving multiple requests to leave a review, I recapped all of these issues for them. Their response was Thank you so much for sharing all of this with us. I am not sure why they came on Friday instead of Saturday. The pool heat charge was $250 before tax, and with tax it came out to $280. I'm very sorry about everything that you experienced. No offer to reimburse us at all for the days we missed being able to use the pool. We weren't looking for reimbursement for the house or what we paid for it but some sort of reimbursement for the heat we paid for that we never got would have been nice. Or even a mention to have a manager call us to discuss our concerns, to get more details would have seemed more appropriate. In sum, the house is nice, in a nice location, perfect for big groups. Mgmt not so great.
