Great hotel , clean , secure and amazing service, excellent location.

Beautiful hotel perfect area.

I arrived at the hotel after my flight around 10:00 p.m. but someone was there ready to check me in without any issues. I stayed one night and to stay was lovely. The showers were good and had nice hot water.

The only one problem is: Doesn't have cable, or maybe the TV was damage

Frenly and clean

The property is safe and convenient if you need to take care of business at the US Embassy. However, the picture can be deceiving. the property is far from boutique as it lacks sophistication or fashion. The place is a bit run down and lacks basic amenities like a landline phone and a very uncomfortable bed. If you are looking for more than a practical hotel I suggest you look elsewhere.

The place was simple but nice. Had a home feeling. The staff was very nice and pleseant.

I’m not happy with my stay because they send us to another Property without a warning ⚠️ very uncomfortable situation because you don’t have another choice; the beds were horrible 😣 and no explanation about anything…. Definitely I’m not coming back to this place 😩☹️

Very clean, nice decoration, good food, the staff very friendly. I like you can walk around and there’s several options to eat. Just the area is a little noisy, many cars in the mornings, but it’s normal if you are in a city.

I stayed here for a couple of nights to be closer to Boqueron volcano. All in all I had a lovely stay, really nice breakfast too. Parking was on the street but no problems at all.

I had a three day stay here. The hotel location is awesome, you can walk to a few good restaurants to have breakfast and lunch. The staff is excellent, I hope they pay the receptionist well because that guy is the doorman, the receptionist, he helps you with luggage, and he works day and night and is always very nice. My con is on my first night on one of the rooms a hall light keep keeping me awake and I saw a bedbug wich creep me out all night. I was changed rooms and I saw no more bedbugs fortunately. I hope they get rid of the decorative bedding wich is outdated and just leave the sheets.

Perfect location, short walk to us embassy and lot of food options near by.

A beautiful hotel placed in a beautiful location! Everything you needed was in walking distance, which was amazing, and the hotel also offered free breakfast and a lot of yummy different foods on their menu. The rooms were lovely, spacious, and very clean.

Close to shopping and dining places. Well maintained and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Pillows are not comfortable.

This is the third time that I have been at this property. If you are in a short trip and you want to be in a safe environment, this is the right place. I have a business near this location. The staff is very friendly. There are restaurants, supermarkets and many venues nearby. My family and I are loyal to this particular place in every visit to El Salvador.

It would be nice and safer to add Parking facilities and not being forced to park on the street other than that I would recommend and use it again

Dirty bed linens and pillows. Unsanitary bathroom. No working wifi. No access 24/7

First let me start off by saying this is not a hotel in the traditional sense, this appears to be a house turned into a hotel. Let me list the things which are not accurate about this location contrary to the listing. Soundproofed rooms-this is not the case Free bottled water-never got any bottled water In-room safe-there was no safe in the room Daily housekeeping-room got "cleaned" twice during 4 day stay, we had to ask for new towels, the one in the room had a big rip in it. The cleaning was only making the beds. Personal protective equipment, including masks and gloves, will be available to guests-Never saw any of this, or offered it. This hotel talks about all the cleaning and covid safety protocols, I never saw anyone cleaning the common areas or disinfecting anything. The location is nice, lots of restaurants near by and malls, easy and walkable. If it weren't for all the inaccurate things listed I'd consider stating again.

This place is cute and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, there were several days are rooms weren’t cleaned and the the general area, stairs out side our room etc looked dirty. The reservation said that breakfast was included but they often didn’t have anything available. I want to reiterate that the staff on duty was very friendly and as accommodating as they could be.

El lugar estaba bonito, la habitación estaba bonita pero no estaba muy limpia, las almohadas no eran comodas y la recepcionista no era muy amable.

It's an exaggeration to call this a "boutique" hotel. Stairs are steep and hand rails is dangerously half hanging off the wall. Parked where i was instructed but then, when the night receptionist came on duty, told to move my car (whuch involved reversing against a flow of heavy traffic in the dark) jas they wanted that space. There are better hotel's nearby.

I like it is a small hotel which gives more privacy a peacefullness. The location is perfect and close to a lot of restaurant. What I didn´t like is that not all rooms are in perfect conditions. Also the pillows a very bad quality.
