Well positioned, 10 minutes walk into Old Town. Shops and restaurants/bars on doorstep. Close to ferry port. Rooms clean and tidy, heated bathroom floor was a bonus! Nice pool, sauna, spa area.

Very good location, close to everything!!! Shopping ! Eating! Sightseeing! Easy to walk around even on your own. Spa is great, I love it! Definitely will return!

First impression was not flattering when realised that it’s a strange double hotel combo with two different desks and partly shared corridors. A bit old fashioned with little table flags as well. Junior suite from higher floors was ok, but had a large and hollow bathroom which took a lot of squares. Spa was nice, breakfast really poor. Area seems new and safe, walking distance from old town.

Great hotel with excellent modern facilities. Spent a very enjoyable three days here and thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Location - easily accessible. Firm mattress. Good shower pressure. Bathtub meant for baths. Great spa facilities – so many options. Decent gym. Would definitely recommend and return.

Great location. Spacious rooms. My room had no AC - older building. They were nice and brought me a fan though.

City and Spa ...great, in a great city. One and only point was. The waiter woman removed my bear immediaately, when I was ou for a minute, was half full and wasn´t replaced.

Excellent hotel next to the Old City. Nice rooms and good breakfast buffet. Spa in hotel has multiple saunas, jacuzzis and cool pool (although unfortunately not for laps). Spa treatments available. I had an excellent massage.

Nicely located close to the old town but surrounded by the newer area with shops and restaurants. Spa was excellent with multiple jacuzzi's and saunas. The breakfast selection was great. The one downside was the AC in the room was very poor.

Breakfast was a process to behold…clean, quick, well staffed/managed, expansive selections, well stocked…superb!

There is a wonderful spa area with a warm pool, four jacuzzis, a sauna and nice locker rooms. No extra charge and the room rates were very reasonable. Nice rooms too. Perfect location next to Old Town. Would highly recommend this property.

Hotel was fine - no more, no less

Very comfortable large room. Extremely clean, however carpets are worn and the smell of cigarettes in the hallway off putting. Within walking distance of the old town, transport, and restaurants.

The hotel room was too hot, 26C, and the air felt humid. I asked personnel to check if they would have been a way to get the air conditioner to work. They couldn’t.

Basic brekkie, nothing spacial. Clean rooms. Gym needs updating. Big big minus that the hotel or hotel.com didn't add any information about spa maintenance in reservation confirmation or any extra notice about this. And hotels.com didn't respond my email about this.

Love it here, 3rd stay, usually each for 1-2 weeks. This year there were a few issues, door not locking, having to pay for pool slippers, it feels as though cost management has taken away some of the nice softer edges. Still a great spa and pool.

The room was nice and clean. The hotel is located in a really nice area with bars and restaurants and walking distance to the old town. The spa was amazing with hot tubs and four different saunas.

It was very close to the old city. you can go there by foot. The room was great and you have access to the spa, which is a bonus.

Loved it, great location close to old town but also close to modern shopping too. Easy to get to from the airport. The spa facilities were fantastic too, enjoyed the pool, spa and sauna every day. My one complaint was no moisturiser in the rooms as my skin got dry from so much time in the water!

Fabulous hotel, great value with wonderful facilities. Beautiful breakfast. Location couldn’t be better with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops around. About 700m from both the magnificent Old Town & the Ferry Port. No need to look elsewhere- The Metropole Spa is perfect.

We stayed here for two nights after taking the ferry from Helsinki to see a show in Tallinn over the weekend. The hotel is very close to the ferry terminal and not too terribly far from old town. About 8-10 minute walk. The hotel is right next to a complex with restaurants, stores, bars, coffee shops, etc. We also got a chance to enjoy the pool, hot tubs, and sauna and found them to be really nice amenities. The only two minor things I would point is 1) bring your own sandals/shower shoes if you want them for the spa/pool area. Otherwise, you do have to buy them. They’re only €5 though so it’s not the end of the world if you forget them. And 2) the bathtubs are quite high-sided. If you’re someone with mobility issues or if you’re prone to slipping and falling, I would suggest seeing if you can get a room without a tub or a disability accessible room. Overall, the staff was amazing, the pizza place at the adjoining “Metropol Hotel” is fantastic, and the hotel was extremely clean. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice room with great view, very clean. Perfect location right next to old town, with easy walking distance everywhere. Good breakfast. Good spa area.

This is one of my favorite places in Tallinn. Price is low for the quality you get. Spa is not big but it is good.
