Stayed here to visit the Christmas Markets. It wasn't our first choice but was very surprised by how nice and convenient it was and felt fortunate my first choice wasn't available.. We saw people dragging their luggage to hotels in the middle of the markets frustrated because the roads are blocked off to traffic and nearby parking was full. Parking at this hotel was extremely convenient and reasonably priced. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was great. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff was very friendly and warm. Our room was perfectly clean, nice and quiet, and so comfortable. The breakfast buffet had lots of wonderful options. We enjoyed our stay and would go back in a heartbeat.

The property is new and a great option if you are in Colmar. My only negative experience was with staff ordering ‘taxis’. On 2 occasions the taxis arrived and were clearly just local people with a car. No issue with that concept - except their charges were exorbitant…. Double or more than what we paid to a labeled taxi. Uber and Bolt are extremely rare, so taxi the only viable option. My advice - order your own and don’t ask for the front desk assistance.

Perfect place for families visiting Colmar. Walking distance to the main sights but in a quiet peaceful area. Clean and comfortable, plenty of space, very kid friendly. Staff is very kind. Would stay again.

Our room was clean and very comfortable. The parking can be a bit tight but it was definitely convenient to have it onsite and available with prior booking. The hotel is situated about 5 minutes walking distance to La Petite Venise which was very convenient. The staff were all friendly, professional and very accommodating. There was a good range of breakfast options which were all delicious.

We had a wonderful stay and I highly recommend this hotel. Great location, best bakery in town right around the corner, and staff who go the extra mile. While there my driver's license fell out of my pocket - a neighbor found it and took it to the hotel, and they mailed it back to me! Thank you Novotel Suites Colmar!

Driving in France on holiday from the UK. Great position near the centre of Colmar. Large room with all the facilities. Good breakfast and options if you prefer to eat in your room. This was the first time we have used Novotel Suites. I was impressed.

Very close to old town. The hotel service is friendly and nice. the room is spacious and with bathtub. We use the sauna and hamas too. The best thing is they offer free sparkling water for the guests.

overall solid property. Gym was lacking - almost no weight lifting equipment. Air conditioning was also not modulating temperature well. Other than that, rooms were fine and service was solid.

We had a great stay at the Novatel. Our room had lots of space and was conveniently arranged The staff was excellent. The hotel was only a five minute walk from the old part of Colmar so we were able to go back and forth several times during out trip very easily.

Beautiful hotel in Colmar. Large, spacious and comfortable room. Staff was very friendly. They offer parking (for a reasonable fee) whish was very helpful. The location is great - just a 5 minute walk from Petite Venice. Overall we were very happy with the hotel.

Novotel colmar was amazing. Location is 5 min walk to little venice. we stayed at the superior queen room by winter time and pleased by the Christmas decorations at the hotel. Great breakfast with many options. Comfortable clean and quiet room (even though our room was in front of the elevator) with coffee/tea, hair dryer and more. Friendly stuff. Thank you!

The room is nice but the carpet was dirty, I'm sure they cleaned it but there were some major discoloration. In addition, the sink is very shallow, making hand washing rather difficult.

This was the best Novotel hotel
I stayed in so far. The room was large: managed to host 2 Adults, a teenager and a 11 year old in the sofa double bed that was made up for us before we came and the queen bed in the room. Came with a. Fridge and a microwave oven, a coffee maker and kettle. The WC room had its own sink. There was a another sink in the room.
Came with a separate bathe and no another standing shower.
Breakfast was great with a nice spread.

Excellent hotel, located very close to the center. We got a spacious suite with a great bathroom, separate toilet. The breakfast is rich and varied and the hotel staff is courteous and professional.
Just one comment - exiting the parking lot is very problematic, on a very steep and narrow road.

Nice big comfortable rooms, staff less than helpful, which was surprising for a Novotel and for the price.
While close to town, the area around the hotel seemed a bit sketch.
Know going in that that they don’t have a restaurant, which depending on when you go means it could be difficult to eat dinner so make sure to book reservations to avoid seeing “full” signs in restaurant windows.
