To start the hotel carpark disabled were being abused and women. This was highlighted to the staff they didn’t seem to be interested with this we ask for a room close to the entrance also due to disability however we most of been given the one room the furthest away with no lift for the size of this hotel

Easy to access location, with plenty of local ammenities. Clean hotel and quiet, triple glazed rooms cut out lots of the outside noise. I'd definitely stay here again for my next visit to Acocks Green

I stayed for a night after show set up at the NEC. It was only a short drive and easy to get to! Car park was not obvious but was behind the hotel and once i had found it was safe and easy to park! Room was clean and comfy. Nice bed and the tv worked! Just what i needed after an exhausting day! (Lots of places to eat right outside the door and supermarkets very close!)

Clean room with a comfortable bed and a good shower room. The staff i met were lovely and couldnt have been more helpful.
Soundproofing could have been better but i was very happy with the stay.

Reasonably priced and comfortable hotel with plenty of pubs, restaurants and coffee houses locally.
One critcism: no decaffeinated coffee or tea available. Fortunately I always take my own because the problem is so common in so many hotels in this country.

Thr place was.really nice the night staff were amazing however the morning staff on 26/08/24 were very rude disgusting behaviour from the mixed race man to be honest

Very friendly stuff Only problem as travelling alone was hotel excepts dogs but connecting pub does not , so unable to assess breakfast or dinner although could order by phone a takeaway for collection but can’t collect cause of dog so didn’t solve the issue

Stay every week at the Redwings and the service is next to none… the food in the adjoining pub is cheap and great value for money.

Been a few times. Close to local office which is ideal. Nothing amazing but generally decent. Be aware that the front entrance is not open in later hours which is a bit annoying.

Good size family room. Convenient for shops. Easy parking. Nearby park & playground for children. Lovely helpful lady on the desk. Helped me & the grandkids with our luggage upstairs.

Redwings is in a good location , close to bars , restaurants , shops etc.
Room was clean and spacious but very hot, would benefit from A/C.

Very helpful and pleasant staff on reception and comfortable room. The only drawback is that the only breakfast available is at the adjacent public house which does not open until 9:00am

Room was very old and uncomfortable. The bathroom was extremely smelly and that smell was radiating into the rest of the room. Sofa beds were uncomfortable and rattling none stop. Disappointing experience and pull not stay again at this property!

Bed/mattress was squeaky. Grout discoloured in tiling in shower cubicle. Needed anti-mould treatment. No shower cubicle rack for shower toiletries.

cheep and cheerful hotel for a night before our flight. Couldn't fault . Clean comfy quiet room. Help full staff, really fast check in. 2 mins walk to lovley shops bars and restaurants. Lovley to have free parking. 15 mins drive to airport. Highly recommend. We will be returning.

Rooms are nice and spacious, beds are clean and comfy. Free parking is a bonus and the staff are all super friendly and helpful. It also backs into a great pub.

Good value for money. There were areas that could have been cleaner ie extractor in the bathroom was dusty. Overall the room was very clean and the beds were comfortable and good quality bedding.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.
