It's a fair cost benefit option, but I think you can improve the details like the towels and bed sheets state, mine was worn and had clorine stains. It's a very good place to stay but I think we cannot ask for more by the rate I paid.

The room smell like a septic tank, the bed was broken the chair was falling down almost fell off the chair was so old and wobbly.. don't be fooled by the pictures it is in the dump part of town

The service was outstanding, the only issue was the road construction, the vehicle's traffic bottle neck before entering the hotel. Otherwise the hotel was very convenient and we feel very safe.

Was there for a birthday party, no hot water, not even warm water. Small room. Bed confortable. Breakfast good. Somehow clean. Staff very helpful. Will not stay there again.

Overall it was good its just the parking limited i had a hard time finding parking. But will like to stay here again

The greeting of personal was great. We enjoyed the breakfast was delicious. We had a good night sleep and the bed was good.

The unit next door were some loud people talking loud early morning. Did not sleep well. They should make these walls soundproof. Beds are hard and uncomfortable. Will not stay here again.

Elevator wasn’t working and they put us on the 4th floor . Food is always the worst

Last minute reservation of a double bed for 2 adults and 2 kids, got there at midnight to find out they were all sold out for double beds and only had a standard room available, only option was to take it or cancel the reservation. Front desk guy was very apologetic but stated he couldn't do more since he had already upgraded a guest for similar reasons and blamed the "agency i used to make my reservation for the mistake" in this case Hotels.com. After i agreed to keep the room( only because kids were sleeping and was not sure if i would find something else), he couldn't finalize the booking because the number of people exceeded the room capacity for a standardroom, he called his manager to help him and was instructed to manually change the number of people staying to 2 to finalize the booking. Front desk guy brought an extra pillow, 2 blankets and a mattress cover so the vinyl floor wouldn't be to hard on my husband to sleep on the floor, no roll aways available. We cut our stay short due to comfort level, got there at 12am and left at 6:30am.

Let me tell you about my experience. I arrive at 1130pm after flying all day and am told, no reservation, reservation cancelled, and no rooms. Needless to say I'm not to happy to have to wander around Ensenada, much less somewhat scared to be looking for a room that late at night. The hotel should be dropped by all booking sites as far as I'm concerned for putting me in this situation.

Very noisy from the pitch noise. There was a water leak in the first floor that was coming down on the roof of the lobby. The fire alarm in the second floor was coming out of the wall and not connected.

When checking inn we weren't given a key card, the person at the desk informed that they didn't have a key to give us, he called the security person to let us in to our room. I found that very strange and inconvenient.

I booked a 2 queen bed for the night, when we got there the guy at the front desk was complaining that they couldn’t find my reservation. I gave him all my info then he complained that Expedia was a hassle to work with because he couldn’t charge me. He wanted me to call Expedia to fix it. After many arguments and minutes he finally charged me then gave me a 1 bed room!!!! 1 bed for 3 adults, he told me that they were sold out. I requested more pillows and blankets it took 3 hours for me to get them. My husband asked for ice and was given a 12 inch block straight on his hand, nothing to carry it in. I literally just bursts out laughing. When we got back from our engagement there was 1 parking left next to the fence were there was a drinking party going on. We could have gone somewhere else but we were limited on time when we arrived and had no choice but to stay.

This property is very safe and the staff are very friendly the rooms are very clean and breakfast was delicious definitely come back
