A beautiful hotel resort with a lot of options in activities. The rooms are clean and nice. The staff is super friendly everywhere and everything you ask for will be handled immediately. Beautiful resort with little bungalows, great with on the sea and nice pools.

Breakfast was wonderful! Lots of choices, champagne, fresh juices, local cheeses and other specialties. The grounds were beautiful, filled with well cared for plants and trees from all over the world. The room was spacious and light. Easy to walk into town. It was a pleasure to stay there.

My third visit to Jardin Tecina revealed maintenance issues. The clothes hook on bathroom door about to fall off. The shower gel bottle did fall off. The room safe activation required a technician's visit because front desk couldn't explain how it worked. And, as before, the signs directing guests to their rooms are poor. Rooms are difficult to find.

A very special hotel with hundreds of rooms arranged as separate apartments. They are spread over a clifftop with magnificent views and clustered around very good central facilities for eating, drinking, swimming and other recreation.

Place was amasing but rooms were a bit outdated and unfresh.

A wonderful place to stay. Beautiful grounds, nice rooms, great food and friendly, helpful staff. But if you're disabled or even partly disabled, beware the sloping paths and many outdoor stairs at night. Some are poorly lit or not lit at all.

Couldn't fault it, particularly impressed with the air-conditioning being good and that you could check-in at Los cristianos ferry terminal.

We went out of season therefore restaurants were closed

Nice hotel in a very special location. If you want to spend your vacation in a quiet space with amazing views, this is the place to go. Our room was very comfortable and we had an amazing terrace looking over the ocean. The bathroom was a bit tired but it honestly did not bother us. The staff around the hotel are very friendly. The only thing that we did not like was the food. The buffet dinner is below mediocre and the food presentation resembles that in the canteen of the average European office.

Had a wonderful family stay at this hotel. Staff and facilities couldn’t have been better.

We where so looking forward to staying here at the end of a hard 9 days of walking as a treat . The hotel did not live up to our expectations at all . On the surface it looks beautiful with great gardens , nice pools etc . In fact this hotel lacks soul . The staff where not that friendly apart from one lovely waitress that was totally overworked trying to serve a huge section of tables in the buffet restaurant . The hotel wants guests to book everything inc the a la carte restaurants using their app. We wanted to order drinks at the bar and asked for the menu as we had left our phones in our room . To be told you can only see the menu via the QR code on the table using a smart phone . When I told the waiter our phones where in our room as we wanted to enjoy a night together without technology interfering he just shrugged his shoulders . In others worth tough no phone no menu . We went half board expecting a high standard of food as it’s meant to be 4 star hotel . I have had better food in Butlins ! The hot food was just warm & in general the whole buffet was very mediocre . My advice would be to stay in the town for a more real experience & skip this over priced hotel that’s thinks it’s far better than it is .

Travelled fro Tenerife to La Gomera for an overnight break to explore the island and check out the hotel and golf course for future holidays. We weren’t disappointed by either of them. Fantastic hotel and golf course.

This is a high end resort on a fabulous location on a rock next to the playa. Beautifully maintained, all facilities and great breakfast buffet. Price is very reasonable.

A phantastic place with nice rooms and wonderful views. I experienced two "irritating" moments. First, when checking-in/checking-out, you need to get a number. However, people were allowed to cut the line without taking a number. Second, the main dining room is by far too smal to accomodate all guests leading to waiting times. Maybe this should be solved by offering scheduled eating times, thus avoiding waiting times. Ett annat råd, parkeringsplatserna är små, hyr inte en stor bil om du vill använda deras parkeringsplatser.

This hotel is on a cliff about 10 minutes from the airport. The wifi worked well after needing a staff member to reset it (which happened promptly). The property is very large, and it can be a 5-10 minute walk from the parking lot to your room, or from your room to the food areas. The food was an assisted buffet due to covid, but the staff gave you exactly what you wanted. We though the food was excellent. The tap water in the room tasted better than in other Canary Island hotels. The room was bright, nicely decorated, and quite comfortable.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Everyone stopped to say hello. Everyone. The sad part was that there was building going on near pool so for two days there was drilling and string smell of paint fumes

We travel a lot and even the best hotels have negative points. I can’t think of a single one here. Everything was superb from start to finish. I put this mainly down to the staff. All of them excellent from front of house to cleaning staff and all in between.

Set in beautiful surroundings on a south facing sea cliff. Many terraces so does not appear like an urbanisation. Staff friendly. Good entainment Drinks and meals reasonable prices

Very nice and friendly staff. The room was a bit boring though. You had to pay for using the safe which I find should not be the case in a ****hotel! The ”menu de degustación” was correct but nothing more. The tapas were excellent!

Good hotel, starting to get a little warn at the edges. Lots of silly extras being charged for (tea making facilities, safe, etc.)

Great facililities, lovely layout of resort, plenty to do and great location.
