As usual pretty good, but there's a lot of dust in the room, streetside there's plenty of noise and WiFi speeds are average.
However hotel has a great gym and sauna facility which really makes it stand out.

The semi industrial decor creates a more interesting environment than the blandness of many hotels. Every thing was efficient and immaculately clean. The only criticism is the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in rooms.

Funky and modern but a little too basic for me. It was clean and comfortable and I didn't mind that the room was small but I struggled without coffee/tea making facilities and no working English TV channels even though they were on the guide. The evening food was Caribbean which is fine if you like spicy food so I found the choice too small

Staff was all very friendly and the breakfast was amazing. Somehow there was no warm water in the morning. The parking garage has quit limited spots. Other than that, we had everything we needed and were very satisfied with our stay.

What an unique hotel! Cute, very nice room with a separate toilet and shower. The shower is open to the room, fyi. Extremely convenient location to the Mainz train station.
Loved the fitness room, too. Only downside is that the whole building was too warm, hence it was really warm in the fitness room, too. Maybe they have aircon in the summer?
Breakfast was too expensive (21€) for me to try it, but I’m sure it would have been excellent like everything else.

The hotel is close to Mainz Hbf. It takes about 3 minutes to walk to the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The staff here are also nice and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here.
I stayed on the first floor and the music is on until 11pm. This is the only thing I don't like here.

everyone instantly “per du”- the staff is super nice and helpful- the rooms are small- unfortunately we stayed on first floor where we could hear people on terrace below at various times during the night- toilet and shower are separated, however the shower and sink have no door to the sleeping area.
there are very few taxis and no ubers in mainz; the city has limted the total amout of cabs, so leave extra time if you need to get somewhere- also the local trains were delayed- we would have missed our connection had we not left an hour early…

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Funky decor, vibe, people and incredible craft beer served, made in a micro brewery in the city. Very close to station but not too close, great nights sleep. Awesome bathrooms and very comfy beds. You will love it!

I really wanted to love my stay here (and it had its pluses!), but problems with the room itself left me disappointed.
Pro: staff friendly and helpful. Gym and sauna clean. Room cozy and chic. Breakfast had variety, although no lox.
Con: despite setting the thermostat to the coldest setting, the room was simply too hot to sleep. They had no fans available, so I was kindly moved to another room, where the circuit breaker popped when I made tea. (What a night!) I was then moved to yet a third room, with a comfortable temperature.
Perhaps I was just unlucky, but the climate and electrical problems in the first two rooms meant a lousy night sleep. I appreciated the assistance from the night staff, and the comped breakfast.

Great one-night stay near Mainz tran station during a business trip. Building seems brand new and is very modern: checkin and out was fast and painless, with very friendly staff. Room was jot very speacious but was designed well and all very confortable. Gym was great, with many modern machines and weights, lots of space and a great view while exercising! Awesome esperience, would recommend.

Facilities were very nice, We were just very surprised not to get a coffee maker in our rooms despite our reservation confirming such. It was inconvenient and costly to get up every morning and go down to common area to pay for our morning coffees and tea.

This was a very unique property. The ambiance in the lobby and restaurant/bar was upbeat and fun, very spacious. The room was very small, but they made creative use of space, it was great to see how well they utilized all areas that made it feel much bigger than it actually was. The room included a free (small) bottle of wine, sodas, and water.

Fabulous hotel with warm friendly staff. The design sets the feel of quirky homeliness and if you like that kind of zaniness this is your place. It just makes your stay special. We loved it and couldn’t think of coming back to Mainz without staying here. Well done everybody.
