Only 2 toilet;rolls for 4 days. No milk on arrival. Not biggies we enjoyed the time there. Will recommend to others.

I can't remember the last time I saw such a beautiful sunset as from my deck at Oamaru. It is also very quiet and peaceful.

The property was very clean and comfortable and the people running the camp were very friendly and accommodating. Fishing grounds were only a few minutes away. Thanks to the guys on the mussel barge for hooking us up amazing fishing was had cheers

Our cabin was fresh and tidy when we arrived...and when we left! Perfect spot to finish off the decade. NY wasn't too noisy and it seemed like a great family place to stay. Thanks

What a little piece of paradise! Very quick and easy check in and out. We stayed in one of the cabins facing the Bay, and it was such a delight to wake up and have morning coffee on the deck. Everything was spotless and CLEAN!!! Comfy beds! Only a short distance from Coromandal but quiet and private. The bird life was incredible - quails and their babies would visit often, and the oystercatchers were a delight to watch on the beach. Our hosts, Colleen and Bez were SO helpful and knowledgeable, from helping us identify the birds, telling us local places to visit and even lending us shovels for the hot water beach. They were not intrusive but always available and lovely to talk with! Thank you for a wonderful stay. I hope we have the pleasure of coming again! I would highly recommend for couples for a romantic get away or families!

Wow, we were not expecting these small cottages to be in such good condition. The view from our windows were amazing as we overlooked the ocean with an amazing sunset. We had everything we needed and more, great opportunities to cook and live as at home! The hosts were really friendly and nice, it was a real pleasure to chat to them and we would highly recommend this place to other travelers.

Gorgeous view from our cabin and we had everything you could need in the kitchen area to cook and clean up etc. woman host was friendly. unfortunately our experience was marred by a hot water cylinder that was so tiny that only two people tops could have a shower before the hot water ran out and you had to wait for it to fill up and heat again. Cabin slept 6 people and if you had done dishes only 1 person could have a quick shower before water was gone. Absolutely no water pressure had trouble washing shampoo out of my hair. Headboard on bed was Barely secured and kept banging and hitting wall whenever you turned over in bed. Light in room with bunks didn’t work. Also we had my sister come for lunch with us one day and she was accosted by the host and told off for not seeing him at reception first to tell him she was coming for lunch. Thought that was a tad over the top.

The caretaker has comunication problem. Anything we asked him , his answer was that i dont understand. Overall our stay was good.

Beach side cabin was lovely and fantastic location

It was very clean. Everything you needed was there and we walked across the road to the beautiful bay.

Our family loves staying here when in Oamaru Bay. Great location and units are well equipped although a little tired but that doesnt bother us. My husband is quite tall (6ft) and the beds are a bit short for him. Well equipped kitchen and the 2nd room with 2 single beds are comfy. Pull out sofa is a great bonus. A fabulous view. Well be back!
