Clean and quite, reasonable price.

Booked a family room on Hotels.com, that stated it had a queen bed and two twin beds with a private bathroom. When I arrived onsite there was no onsite check in, just a speaker on the door to press a button to check in. No one answered. The door just opened. Our name was on a board for self check in. When we got to the room up 4 flights of stairs no elevator, the room only had 1 queen bed and a couch. No private bathroom, but a bathroom and shower shared with 4 other rooms. When we called, they stated they had no rooms with private bathrooms, that it was a mistake on Hotel.com website. We then ended up seeing that we were charged over $100 more for the room than shown and there was no one at the hotel to discuss the charges with. Traveler beware.

No staff at arrival. Existing guests had to unlock door. No directions on parking provided prior to arrival. Carpets on stairs poorly maintained. Bathrooms at end of hall. Property very noisy but left ear plugs. Very expensive for a poor value. Only location in city was good and room clean. Otherwise very expensive for what is provided. Disappointing.

This hostel was very loud from both street noise and hall/kitchen noise. There was nobody on the property to talk to about any issues. I never saw a single employee/owner. There was a large party on our floor (we had room 21) that decided to have a very loud dinner from 10:30PM to after midnight. They were so loud (slamming doors and dishes and talking as loud as if they were in a club) that my husband finally, after about an hour and a half, askdd them to be quiet. He shouldn't have to confront other guests; someone who works there should been there to quell it. The street noise was equally awful on Saturday night (Sunday night's street noise was better), and the window would not close all the way so it could not be stifled. Bathrooms were okay. Beds were fine (not comfy but fine).

Fantastic location, good price, very helpful staff, spacious room and kitchens on each level made this an overall lovely stay! It really had everything we needed, including a fridge that fit plenty of food (long story, we had to bring in a weeks’ worth of groceries unexpectedly), convenient bathrooms, nice shower, and plenty of space to cook. My only (relatively minor) complaint is that the common spaces needed a little more cleaning attention: no hand towels in the bathroom and a coffee maker with used grounds in it that no one had looked inside in waaaaay too long. That being said, I would definitely recommend this place, no question.

The guesthouse was situated within walking distance of shops and restaurants. WiFi was great! The only issue was the call button for check in was out of service, so we couldn’t get into the building until some other guests let us in. Hopefully they fixed that. Everything else was great.

Nice guesthouse in the center of the city. We arrived after sunset and will leave before sunrise, but it looks like a nice city. Room was simple, but fine for a night sleep.

Very simple and efficient check in, clean rooms and bathroom/shower. Right in the heart of downtown and by the harbour. Highly recommend.

The hotel is in a central location, making it easy to reach the main attractions without driving. The kitchen is well equipped and spotlessly clean.

Excellent location, facilities are convenient, grab some items at the grocery store and cook here! Room is really clean, just like the pictures!

Very pretty property in the centre of town, within easy walking distance of all the attractions and the nice restaurants. The property itself is decorated with a lot of care and attention to detail and this makes it very welcoming. The hosts have also anticipated all kinds of needs a guest may have, such as ear plugs for noisy midsummer nights in the centre of town :-). Very nice property! Can definitely recommend it!

Description said "shared in-room bath" Since there were 3 of us, we thought it would be shared between our two rooms, rather than shared with the whole floor. We would not have booked otherwise, but okay for a college dorm if you want that.. The beds were okay. Cheap towels and no comfort add-ons.

Comfortable family stay in a really clean and friendly town. Vegan hotdogs outside in the street!

Staff onsite was friendly and helpful. However, there should be a whatsapp number for overseas guest to contact the staff if necessary. Currently a local number is only provided.

The stay at the guest house was fantastic. The rooms were big and sparkling clean. Everything was just a stone throw away. Great restraunts within walking distance. Highly recommended! :)

Very large clean room. Clean kitchen . Large, clean bathroom. Easy check in process. Not wheelchair accessible so if you're travelling with someone who is compromised, just know there are a few flights of stairs. Staff easily accessible. I even woke her up and she was so nice... Thank you!! I would definitely stay here again

Was fine for a few nights - room clean, having the kitchen was useful. Would have preferred another bathroom on the floor but otherwise fine. Remote check in, so never saw staff. No bag storage so I left it at the backpackers down the street
