There’s no parking close to it & would be nice if restaurants open late midnight

No breakfast for the kind of money they charges, lock for the door very unsafe very easy to open with no key, really scary.

This hotel is clean, rooms are big, closet is walk in, bathroom clean and big, awesome view of the volcano 🌋 service is great Guadalupe the front desk clerk it was so helpful, courteous and professional. Este hotel es limpio, excelente área, cuartos grandes y limpios con close y baños grandes, hermosa vista del volcán 🌋 Guadalupe de la recepción, nos ayudó, es muy cortés, amigable y profesional, gracias!

This place advertises as a hotel but it is just a low class motel. The walls were full of holes. Horrible experience and the staff was rude. And it was so pricey too. I have paid less for an excellent hotel room.

No Wifi / Owner Issues Positives - kitchen staff and Guadalupe (Front Desk) were friendly/attentive. Breakfast is nothing to feast on as its small in quantity and options are limited and seating with only 4 tables. The location is close in proximity to various restaurants. The amenities of WIFI connectivity is extremely bad everywhere and falls flat to facilitate a better experience to meet basic standards. There is a creamed colored couch and a TV that is mostly turned off. The hot water is sporadic and at times there was none, especially when taking a shower. The room was not cleaned everyday as it’s done every other day per Reception and towels are not replaced daily nor were my bed sheets ever changed during my stay. On my last day Guadalupe came up to my room, per the Owner, that they had a guest reservation for a family room and asked if I could move to another room. Normally, after a room is paid this should not be a conversation but since I had the family room, for which I was given at check-in as there was no single rooms I reserved, I stayed at the family one. I complied to do Guadalupe a favor but the room she offered was not what I expected so I decided to seek shelter elsewhere. I never got to speak to owner eventhough I requested it as he tried to be slick and dishonest by attempting to give me less of a refund than what I had already paid for. This hotel lacks decent amenities and ownership behavior is a joke that makes it hard to come back.

The room is great. It's clean and pleasant. The owner of the restaurant, who happens to speak English, help me check in. He even drive me to the mall. Two thumbs up for this guy.

Safe And nice area, people is friendly and always available to help , it is near of restaurants, malls and night life . Service is great this was my second time at this property.

Me encanto solamente tal vez si pudieran cambiar la cortina del baño para que no se moje mucho el piso cuando uno sale de bañarse estaría excelente y un poco más fuerte la regadera para que caiga más agua ami me encanto el hotel está bien n muy buena zona y conveniente personal muy amable Gracias

The staff was so friendly! they went out of their way to bring us to a nearby restaurant, offer us local tours, and went to staples to print some documents I needed so I did not have to go. Truly incredible service. The room was very nice, spacious and clean. Although the hotel did run out of water once, this is NOT their fault. It is normal in dry season to have water shortages in central america. The breakfast was also very nice. I would recommend to anyone who goes to San Salvador to go there.

I am in this bussines for 25 years now, hotel very clean, friendly staff, great breakfast every morning, make me feel and my family very welcome as a family. Housekepper very detail person when she clean our room, front desk staff very well knowledge when they give direction for any entertainments, restaurants or beaches. defenitely we will came back when we travel to El Salvador and recomended to our friend and family.

Hotel is small and lacks elevators. We travelled (5 of us) with some disconfort due to our age. Four of us had great difficulty walking up the stairs, understand lack of stairs due to its size; only for this issues and only this one, I wouls not book again at this hotel.

This place was amazing. It's a new property and I love the overall design. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable and taken care of. Will definetly stay here again. The breakfast was a typical Salvadorean food and it was delicious. The wifi was excellent. And ample parking space.
