Excellent food!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay. There were 3 of us, so we really appreciated the 3 bed option. The area feels secluded, but is near lots of dining and shopping, and safe. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was super helpful. Hotel Citlalli is near a bar with loud music that plays until about midnight, so if you're a light sleeper, it may not be the best option. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Clean hotel with good service. Plenty of dining options around the area. Parking can be a bit of a struggle at times.

Very accommodating with our past midnight flight arrival. Although we think there's someone at reception 24hrs, it was very comforting to have them confirm we will be met at arrival. We had a double room, it had a window but it just opens to the hallway. The room and the property were very clean, the room had a/c, hot water, 32in tv, everything else you need listed in their amenities. The bed and pillows were okay, not the most comfy. We very much appreciated the included breakfast, simple but very good. The location is far from Centro but a quick Uber away. Having said that, this location is more in the upscale area, and mind you, very close to a lot of mid to higher end bars and restaurants. Be advised of the music from a nearby bar esp if you're a very light sleeper (it didn't bother us rocks lol). There is parking too. Lastly, all the staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful. We recommend this hotel :D

I did not like how noisy it was, you can hear everyone in the morning and also people leaving their rooms and there’s a light switch on the hallway which everyone kept turning on and the light will bother my sleep because there’s a window in the room facing the hallway. If you want to find a place to rest well THIS IS NOT THE PLACE ! Too noisy !!

Great place to stay, was surprised of the place myself of how clean and quiet it was. We really loved the hot showers, you might think isnt that basic every where? not in El Salvador, so for us it was a plus. The only thing is you can hear music bumping across the street but they have no control over that, so if your a heavy sleeper like me this place is a gem.

Hotel Citlalli Had nice rooms with a friendly staff. I will be back to stay in the near future. Good value with breakfast.

This property was very clean and had wonderful staff. They attended to all of my needs and went above and beyond to make my first time stay a good experience. I highly recommend them and appreciate their gift as a reminder of el salvador.

Clean and quiet. Pillows a bit uncomfortable- kind of hard. Most staff kind and attentive. Would stay there again on my next trip.
