One night stay in Miami while escaping Hurricane Milton in Port Charlotte on the Florida Gulf Coast. Privately owned units within the Arya hotel in Coconut Grove. Great room with balcony overlooking Biscayne Bay. Everything was just perfect, room, location, views and front desk service offered by the hotel. Online responsiveness was also excellent.

Everything was amazing! Our stay was relaxing, fun, eye opening, and well worth every penny spent! Our space was clean, modern, and we had everything we could possibly need in our rental! Such a wonderful get away to relax and recharge! The host/owner seems nice, organized, and very professional. Thank you very much!

Check in was easy. Even though it's all online, it is pretty straight forward. Had an issue with not receiving the details of my stay through email and they were able to resolve it. Lovely pool and lots of great places to walk around. On the day we left, one of the pipes came loose. Property management brought an engineer to repair it within 20 mins. Would definitely stay again!

The stay was just right! It was conveniently located by restaurants and shops that you can walk to. Lots of options! The pool was perfect at the location and room had a great view.

Having so many options to choose from in Miami, I finally decided on this property due to location and cost. Based on the reviews I knew I would be happy and I really was. Very beautiful room with a wrap around balcony. Spacious and so conveniently located to some great bars, restaurants and a Marina. So glad this is where I chose. Of course, nothing is perfect and if I have to indicate one snafu it was the AC. Sadly, it was loud every time it went on. Throughout the night it would wake me up but if you are a heavy sleeper, which I am not, you may not even notice. Not a deal breaker by any means but something to take note of if you're a light sleeper. Overall, our stay was great. The front staff were great and the pool area is nice (the restaurant and bar were closed for renovation which was a bummer). Communication with host was perfect. This is definitely a place I would return to and plan on it.

The host did provide a night's refund as ac didn't work when we arrived. Which was appreciated. But there is no ability to get extra towels or toilet paper. Booking add was confusing showed washer and dryer. Parking is a scam. 30$ a day for parking but they don't Register a license plate. No baking sheet in kitchen. No fresh sponge for washing dishes it was an old used one.

Communication from the property management was terrible. They told me that they emailed me, which they did not. Said I was the only person ever to not receive an email. I was only given an address, not the name of the hotel. I was given incomplete info for the room code. I was told there was no check in desk and when I could not find the property, I was finally given the name of the hotel and told to go to the check in desk. This was only after I yelled at the person on the phone, who was very unhelpful. Saving grace was the hotel staff was very helpful and the pool area had a great view. I would never use I Coconut Grove Vacation rentals again

We had a great stay, with nice views, close by coffee shops and eateries. The pool, fitness center, and parking were pluses also.

Overall great stay. Location is great. Beautiful view of the city from the room. Would definitely come back. Only negatives is elevators are busy and there’s a long wait for one at times. And no cable tv, only Netflix. But other than that, everything was wonderful.

Coconut Grove has great restaurants and easy access to the marina. Not a far drive (but definitely a drive or Uber) to Coral Gables / UMiami. The woman who was the property manager was responsive, helpful with on-site parking arrangements. Solid pool and parking facility.

My door was wide open when I went to the room after checkin. Gym was locked at 6:30 and told it wasn’t open till 10. Hot water also not working in shower and went ice cold half way thru in 5 min of showering. Also got messages for other customers door code during stay. Not the best experience.

The property and unit was great. The host provided me a bottle of champagne in my apartment upon checking into the room. The host also provided a $30 gift card to Green Street Cafe. The only complaint I have is that my hot water in the shower didn’t get very hot. Had to take lukewarm showers. Other than that, the place and the experience was first rate. I will return for sure.

I've been to Miami on many occasions but by far has been ghe best. The veiw was Amazing and so many restaurants within walking distance. Overall 10 I will be back real soon!!!! Thank you again

Very nice room with kitchen and great location/fantastic neighborhood. Sadly, the building (Hotel Arya) has seen better days. The bar/restaurant has an awesome view of the bay from the 8th floor, next to the pool, but has been closed for years. The building is clean with nice staff, but the elevators are kind of noisy and the halls smelled musty. Overall, it's a good option if you can get a discounted price, but don't pay prime dollar.
