Property needs updating for what was charged. The room was unclean. There was no chair to sit and do work.

Nice quiet place in town, walking distance to everything in town and nice amenities for the little place that it is.

Quaint and cute and exactly what we and our dog Otis were looking for in an overnight to watch the asteroid shower. Net a couple locals who vs were as helpful as they were friendly. Strongly recommend!!

No one was at reception during registration no one pick up the phone and we paid for one room type and stayed in absolutely different, much cheaper.

We stayed in cabin #3. The air conditioner when it comes on it sounds like a very old car starting its engine. Just a suggestion to look at and hear it for yourself. It is annoying while you are sleeping and we needed it on because of the heat wave.

When I reserved this room I tapped on the 2 Queen Bed room button on the Expedia listing but did not notice that I was taken to a page for a 1 King Bed room. When we got to the property and discovered the error they would not change our room without an email that showed a 2 Queen Bed room. The confirmation emails from both Expedia and the property made no mention of the nature of the room. We were required to pay a substantial additional amount to get the proper room. I checked the Expedia listing later in the evening and the 2 Queen button took me to a 1 King room. I notice this morning that the Expedia listing has been corrected but we are out $70. Buyer beware!

Loved this place.

The cozy cabin vibe was cool and the Kuereg coffee was great. Also liked the shampoo and conditioner dispensers in n the shower. What was lacking was the handycap facilities. Also irritating was the fact that the tv remote could not turn on the sound at all. As hard as I tried, there was no way to get sound on the tv.

The cabin was quaint and cozy. A little outdated but the bed was extremely comfortable and I slept the entire night through which is a rarity.

What a perfect place! Super cute. The location is perfect. Cute patio area to hang out and/or eat al fresco. Super nice staff. Definitely hike - Blue Ridge to Inspiration Point(!). Then drive up to see the view also. I can’t wait to go back. Even though the description doesn’t say, the room has a microwave(!).

My boyfriend and I come out here for peace and quiet! Away from the stresses of the city ways and work. Especially the fireplace, cozy lil kitchen we can enjoy home cooked meals away from home it’s a perfect getaway for intimacy and comfort.

Paid extra for an early check in. (1pm) Got there and were told no early check in. Spent 2 hrs sitting in the parking lot across the street. The bed was terrible and the room was dirty

I love the palce. We stayed for 2 nights and one of them was a snowy day! The cabin is perfect. Sadly we couldnt use the fireplace because there was something wrong that has to be fixed. Kitchen is small and so adorable but lacked of basic things like a pan, glasses, and trash bags ....but overall we were very happy with our stay! Cabin is for 3 but sofa bed is kind of uncomfortable to sleep in and there was no blankets for it. Fortunately we brought some just in case. The view outside the cabin is so nice, we enjoyed a lot our walks. Price is ok.

The location was great and the staff were kind and courteous. We loved having a real fireplace in the room and the overall rustic vibes. What is extremely misleading is the sofa bed which they state someone can sleep on. It’s actually a narrow modern couch with a back that folds down. No one over the age of 7 could possibly sleep comfortably on it. Even with a small child the entire sofa tilts if you put all your weight on one side and you can’t sleep on the seam in the middle. They also stated there’s a separate bedroom in our room however there is no door on the room. Lastly the game room was closed the entire weekend which wasn’t stated in advance.

No ice machine on property and coffee machine was dirty.

Unfortunately, none of the VIP perks that were promised when booking were delivered. Customer service was not helpful. Extremely disappointing.

Location to Mountain High ski resort was great but room was smaller than what i paid for and there was bed comforter, just blankets.

Super nice clean easy and the staff was awesome

The manager was surprisingly unhappy with people arriving there. We got there at 4:40 pm (the check-in time was 4 pm). The front desk door was closed, nobody answered the phone, and we waited for 10 mins outside in the blizzards. There was another guest that came 5 mins before us also waiting. After some time, we found a worker outside, and he told me to come back in 2 mins. Went back to a car, and came back after 15 mins, and the front desk door was still locked. I found the guy working in one of the cabin rooms, and he angrily said “I told you to come back in 2 mins. I was waiting at the front desk for 5 mins”. He then told me the room would be ready in an hour. There was another group that came an hour earlier, and they were told to wait for an hour, and then for another hour. It turns out that the worker I talked to was a manager. Maybe he was frustrated with the delay in getting the rooms set up, but it was definitely not a great experience, especially for $440/night.

Wonderful place to stay! The entire staff were friendly and helpful.

I loved the cabin, it was very cute and cozy. However, it was atrociously loud and bright all night with the heater being out of service. I appreciated the reception desk staff being so kind throughout my stay at Grand Pines. They were extremely helpful and informative.

Easy access to all, clean cabin and linens.

First time staying in wrightwood. Cute and cozy place. Bed was super comfy. Room clean and warm. Loved the choiced of snacks/drinks we can buy
