Warm welcome, comfortable room with all required amenities. Offered a breakfast bap and cup of tea/coffee for breakfast for an additional charge. Bap and tea was lovely, well worth the £3.50. Loved the residents dogs, very friendly!

A very good place to stay only stayed for one night but was made to feel welcome and enjoy my short stay worth the money I paid would recommend.

We had a lovely stay at the Clevedon Hotel. Communication with the owner was quick and clear. The room was as expected and was comfortable and very clean. The location was excellent, very close to the tower and the promenade. The owners we very welcoming and it had a nice vibe to the property.

Flat 4, Empire Blackpool Apartments - Dickson Road FY1 2HQ. Awful place. We were there 2 hours before having to vacate due to extensive roof leak. Spent most of that time mopping up puddles with towels. And a wndow had a 1 inch+ gap when closed allowing excessive wind and noise into the property. I will be posting the pics and videos we took on YouTube and hope it will adversely affect their profits. We were charged £60 for our troubles. Goshawk Gardens is a cowboy company only bothered about making a quick buck rather than property maintenance and customer service. Hotels.com are just as bad for harboring cowboy firms and dodgy properties to rent. We won't be using them or associated businesses again and hope their reputations suffer. Poorly maintained property. Stay there at your peril.

The room was great! Very comfy beds and super clean. Bathroom was imacculate. The owners were very friendly and helpful when we arrived. Very impressed for the cheap price

Clean and comfortable. Hosts Malc and Mandy extremely friendly and helpful. Shared facilities but for the price we payed very reasonable. We had the breakfast at extra cost and it was very good.

Mandy and Malc couldn't do enough for us they even went out especially to buy my fussy daughter chocolate cereal because she didn't like the conventional cereal or the cooked breakfast. It was also the little things like the parking outside, getting into our room early and the personal touch. Would definitively stay there again.

Liked everything. There was nothing I didn’t like.
