Cool, hip hotel. Wonderful staff. Great breakfast buffet. Rode the hotel bikes to Delft for a lovely day. Nice, leafy run to the beach.

Of the 8 hotels we stayed in this trip, the collector was easily the best. Amazing in all respects, especially breakfast!

Friendly reception. Comfortable and clean room. Lovely shower. Just needed a larger mug for our drink of tea.

This is such a lovely hotel. The breakfast was wonderful, as was the staff. Definitely recommend.

The hotel is well placed in the city for the shops and restaurants. It is modern and a little quirky. The staff are incredibly helpful, pleasant and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. But there is no parking and no easy access from a drop off point. I booked a parking spot in a garage from a list recommended by the hotel but it was 15 minutes walk away and expensive. And there is nowhere to sit in the rooms other than the bed.

Nice cozy entrance and lobby, I liked that there is an elevator rooms are good. I love the hairdryer in the room. It was of very good quality. The staff was very nice and helpfull. Overall a great place to stay when visiting the hague. Only thing is I would not recommend bringing a car. It’s very close to tram 17 and it will save you alot in parking costs.

we have been wanting to book this hotel for a while so finally got to go.....great front of house staff and location for shopping in The Hague. 2 niggles though, we were over the square and got noise at early hours of the day and late night plus bath sheets need to be bigger!! a bit on the small size. The hotel has a small lounge and bar but loads of cafes in the area. It is a smaller more boutique hotel with odd collections in the various rooms...

Central, just walk around there is a lot of restaurants, shopping , bars and coffee.

Safe and Comfy in the Hague

This was a wonderful hotel, with every detail thought through, from the amenities (slippers, robes, razors, etc.) to the candy jars at check-in from which we could serve ourselves to the goodie bag at checkout. I loved the hotel and the staff were very helpful, even with suggestions on where to run. The only things to keep in mind are logistical (and beyond the control of the hotel): 1) it's in the city center and taxis can't go there, so you'll have to walk at least part of the way (at least, that was my experience); and 2) Google Maps does not seem to have a good sense of where the hotel is, so it took me a roundabout way there and then told me to go back and retrace my steps when I was practically in front of the hotel. But I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Room was nicely set up and, again, really just lovely.

Awesome. This hotel was outstanding. From the friendliness of the staff, to the little touches of warm hand towels on arrival, goody bag on departure. Robes and slippers. Divine breakfasts. Simply perfect in all aspects.

Beautiful decor and friendly staff, very central location just close to China town and shopping area. Only complaint is no refrigerator for the beers or drinks.

Een echt goed hotel. The staff is always smiling and friendly. The hotel even provided us with a goody bag of snacks when we checked out early in the morning.

Great small feeling hotel .. great location

Very nice and calm hotel. Mainly quiet, just the floors are not very well soundproofed, so you might hear some noice upstairs. Close to the main attractions, the public transports are easily reached, as are reasturants and cafes. Very nice breakfast. Really worth the price!
