We were very happy with our room. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Very close to restaurants and shopping. Our balcony had a nice view of the Indian River. Will definitely stay again.

The room at the Breezy Inn was very clean, decorated like a sweet cottage and had a comfortable bed. Easy self check-in and parking We were happy to be able to walk to nearby restaurants. The donut shop in the building was really cute too. Its certainly not fancy but just what we needed for a one night stay.
The place up the street had great music..Crawdaddy's. Check that place out while visiting.

I’ve been raving about The Breezy Inn from the moment we got there until now, long after we have left! Nicest, most quaint place to stay. Our room made It seem like we were staying in someone’s guest room, we really felt at home. So comfortable, great area with great food options. We will definitely stay here again!

Very cute place and very friendly staff… but in all honesty the mattress was very uncomfortable. That is my only complaint and maybe it’s just me😊 Highly recommend

Stayed in this quaint "inn" for a business trip to Florida and was surprisingly satisfied! Very cute, comfy and clean. In a wonderful location within walking distance of so many restaurants and a nice donut shop downstairs. I was fortunate enough to stay in Bedroom 4 that had a fairly nice view of the sunset! Was a little loud in the room in the evening due to being downtown next to multiple bars, but for the most part it quieted down by 9-10:00pm. 10/10 would recommend for anyone to stay in if they are looking for somewhere close to the beach/fun environments.

So easy to stay here! We loved that we could walk to the bars, restaurants, coffee shops, etc and the outdoor space was super cute and cozy. I would highly recommend staying here!

The location was amazing got the room on 2nd floor with a private balcony and can’t say enough great things about it. Was just there for one night but wish we would have done 2. Other reviews had made us nervous about next door to a biker bar. Guess that’s what they called. It’s quite by 10:30 and even then not loud. You do hear a train once in awhile but agin it’s a quick thing. It’s an old Florida building but updated. Will definitely refer and stay again

Two nights in town visiting friends RVing nearby. Got a text the day before with all check in info including code for lock on room. Small hotel with no real office. Never saw anyone that worked there but it didn’t matter. Everything was taken care of. Was a pleasant surprise to find they tidied up the room and made the bed on day 2. Great location as you could walk to numerous bars/restaurants in the area plus the beach was less than 5 minutes away with lots of parking. Would definitely stay here again.

Breezy Inn was a terrific place for me and my pups. Stephanie was very helpful and accommodating. Only a couple of things that would’ve made better for me. Ability to swivel TV; a chair to sit on. Couch/Futon was very low. But I loved it!! Within walking distance of most anything I wanted to do and only minutes to dog beach. God willing, I will definitely return.

Great location, cute property and nice room. Could not connect to WiFi at all. Property right next to train trax so 8-10 trains throughout the night kept us up. No real view of water so no reason to pay extra for water-view. Only 6 unit property so no "on site employee" we were aware of to inquire about internet connectivity. Would be ideal in a different setting

In any other location, this would be a place I would return to time after time. Although it is right in the heart of downtown, Jensen Beach with lots of cute shops and restaurants, right across from the Indian river, and a five minute drive from Jensen Beach, it is also too close to a railroad crossing. Trains passed through regularly all night long.

Was surprised to find the property right next to a very noisy and busy biker bar.
Can’t review staff as I never saw anyone. Luckily I didn’t need any help or answers.
Both units were clean and bright but I doubt I’ll ever return.

Just be aware the night life is active so loud music on weekends. They were done by about 11:00pm. Other than that very clean and cute!

AC didn’t get any colder than 75. Very loud motorcycle bar next door that doesn’t quiet until 10-11p. Very cute place and nice walking distance from good eating and drinking places

While we only met briefly because we arrived a bit early, the caretakers were extremely courteous and pointed us to some great local spots around the area. We felt safe to leave our car there and explore on foot and have a nice, clean, quiet place to return to at night. In the morning we were able to drive over to the beach to catch the sunrise within minutes! I'd definitely recommend a room here to any of my family or friends.

The room was just enough for what I needed one night on my business run. Unfortunately, it was not the cleanest place, And the towels needed up dated because they had stains on them. Very unusual, the room had no coffee machine. They did give you two free coffees at the coffee shop next door But we left early and the shop was closed.

Location location location! My husband & I said that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Breezy Inn and would definitely return if our future plans had us in the area. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. Treat yourself to the upgraded room if you are with someone. Very clean, spacious and everything worked. Michelle, the owner, was very helpful during our stay with how things worked in the room and the area ie: Jammin Jensen’s on Thursdays and local restaurant deals. Thank you.

Nice location just steps from downtown Jensen Beach and close to great beaches. Many restaurants. Only negative was noise from bars and motorcycles until well after midnight.

Very happy to have found this place! Great location and quiet, private feel with only three rooms. Owner was great and took care of any of our needs. Clean, laid-back, and relaxing. Steps away from everything you need. Love the donut/coffee shop as well.

Room was clean and cozy. But in noisy area . Bar to close to bar noisy. Train two blocks away but you can hear when whistle blows. Train whistle in middle of night multiple times. Woke us up throughout the night.
But no complaints regarding room and service.

It was a great location to visit and where we were staying. About 5 minutes to Jensen Beach walking distance to bars and restaurants. Couple things I would recommend is putting a dresser in our room. We were living out of our suitcases for a week. Also there was no ironing board or garage can in our room so we had to throw out all our garbage at a near by trash. Other than that it was fine.
