Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Wally Residence. The staff were very friendly and always ready to assist, and the hotel was neat and clean. We loved the complimentary bike rental, offering us the chance for long, enjoyable rides along Rimini's beautiful boardwalks and scenic bike paths. Situated just a block from the beach and in close proximity to restaurants and a grocery store, Wally Residence is the ideal spot for a family beach vacation in Rimini.

We were there in winter so the pool was not open. They were renovating that area so it was out of bounds. It was good to have clothes washing facilities in the building basement. WE had everything we needed for our stay but found it hard to control the temperature of the room and so it was bit cold at night

We needed more bed clothes because it was winter. The kitchen area was a bit stained and needs refurbishing.WE needed to clean all the kitchen area before leaving and take out all our own rubbish.

Good equipped apartment within 5mins walk from the beach/Miramare railway station. Many cafes/shops in the neighborhood. There was enough space to accommodate 3 of us, bedroom with queen size bed and another single one in the living room. Kitchenette equipped with microwave, induction hob and fridge. Patio and balcony outside the apartment. All rooms were air-conditioned - we were a little surprised it was usually turned off between 12AM and 6AM, but maybe there were some additional regulations like energy saving because of crisis, anyway, nights were pretty warm, though it was early February. Staff was friendly, our arrival was very late, outside reception's working and they still waited for us. I wish we will come there in summer :)

We were in the apartment for the New Year 2023. The apartment was extremely cold - heating with air conditioning. The air conditioning turned itself off very often. The kitchen is extremely small, badly damaged, without a kettle. This apartment is not for the winter period. A big advantage is the garage inside the hotel. The receptionist insisted on paying the tourist tax, even though it was clearly written on the booking confirmation that the price includes the tourist tax, i.e. that it has been paid. This is very unprofessional. Only after our persistence did he conclude that it is not necessary because we have a "gold card" - which is not true.

Location is close to the train and bus station, so you can easily take one of them and go to Rimini Centre or to another city. Airport is close by, you can either go by foot for 16 minutes or take the bus one stop. Also, it's close to the beach and there is a supermarket close by, but it closes early. Kitchenette was well equipped, the only thing missing being a sponge to wash the dishes.

The heat wasn't working, we tried to use the AC, but the temperature was set up to 20 degrees Celsius and there was no way to increase it and it was a bit cold, considering that outside there were around 8 degrees. The hallway was always smelling like cigarette smoke and cooked food. On top of that, the only time we saw the receptionist was when we checked in. They don't seem to work very often, so if you have an immediate emergency, you just have to call a number highlighted on the room card.

Everything was better than expected. Location is perfect. Shops, restaurents, sea is really close. Publioc transport is also close so you do not need to use your car.

Very nice location, Coop is just 2 minutes away, very nice restaurant with pizza and pasta a cross the street. The beach is only 5 minutes away and you can put your towel on the beach for free. The restaurant on the beach is also very nice. Staff was really nice and kind. We had joined rooms and they were big and spacious. Little kitchen and a fridge. The pool on the roof is small but really good and we loved to stay there.

They only changed our linen 2 times in 12 nights stay and cleaning the room is not included. The bed in one of the rooms was not good but in the other room it was really good. The pool was a little dirty.

Wally Residence was an excellent choice for our family of five. We had two rooms with an adjoining door. There was a small kitchenette in one room (which we never used), but because both rooms had bathrooms we had two bathrooms for five people-- a little luxury! The staff was very friendly. The location is excellent.

There is laundry on site, but only one washer. We got lucky and it was available when we wanted to use it. The dryer wasn't plugged in, and the front desk told us it didn't work, but we plugged it in and it worked just fine.

Nice & friendly staff. Great terrace with pool on the roof. Appartements perfect for families. Good accommodation for beach holiday. Close to the sea, restaurants, supermarket… but not noisy. We‘d like the district Miramare a lot. It’s highly recommended for family vacation with kids and grandparents. Clean beaches, playgrounds, many different restaurants and a lot to do. We’ll come back next year.

The location was excellent. The staff as well! We loved how close to the beach the hotel is. They have a lovely pool on the top of the hotel with 2 hot tubs.

Towels and sheets were changed only once during our 11 days visit. That could be done more often. The hotel had pretty strict rules about charging extra for additional clean towels and sheets if the trash was not taken out on check out and if leaving dirty dishes. That would be acceptable if the hotel can change the sheets and towels more often, and provide trash bags and cleaning sponges for the dishes, which they don't.

The apartament was clean and cosy

We asked about renting bikes. The answer was that of course we can use for free bikes from wally residance. Unfortunately as we arrived there was no bike to rent. Probably if we knew it before we wouldnt choose this residance.
