Staff ask what floor I preferred second or third told him it didn't matter so I was put on the third floor as I arrived at the elevator sign said out of order you think they would have mentioned that before what floor I preferred I have a bad knee and I sure wouldn't have picked the third floor

The elevator was broken, we stayed on forth floor so it was all stairs.

Location was great. Breakfast was not great

All essentials (blow dryer, plastic cups, iron) were all downstairs Main lobby. Elevators were down so no employees brought items to us in 4th floor. Hassle going up and down for essentials that are usually in all hotel rooms I’ve been in in the past. It was hard for my sister who has knee and back pain. This hotel has a kitchen but no utensils or cooking wear. Never been in a hotel with nothing to offer but a room and shower.

The elevator was broken the last four days of our stay. The carpet wasn't vacuumed every day. The floor was dirty and sticky right outside the elevator doors and they were advised the first day and nothing was done, so by the third day I purchased my own cleaning products and cleaned it up. Not enough towels,toilet paper,or trash bags for a long hotel stay. Ended up purchasing our own stuff for our stay. I can honestly say this was the worst experience I have ever had staying in a hotel and I had never stayed in an extended stay before, but thought it would be cheaper for the length of time we were spending in one place and the fact that it had a kitchen, but never again. The people that we continued to have above us were rude, inconsiderate,loud, and very, very disrespectful. We were told the person was leaving Sunday, but it actually was Wednesday. Staff were called every night about this room and I suppose they did what they could, but once the connection was made with this person each day got worse. Chairs drug across the floor, couch was moved, and each time they walked and got to where they were going they would stump. We did not get any sleep for the ten days there. I believe that person left on Wednesday or Thursday and we got one quiet night and then all hell broke loose and a family moved above with a baby and a toddler who jumped from the bed to the floor and they all walked very hard and often into the wee hours of the night and possible walking the baby back and forth in the stroller and this went on day and night and we couldn't do any thing till 10pm and gave them the benefit of the doubt and would wait at times just hoping they would quiet down even after being warned, but it continues to all hours of the night and would start again early at times 4am. Each night I would call and I could hear they were frustrated. They should have made these guests relocate with all the complaints. No offer of that. No offer to relocate us.

The room had no hair dryer or coffee maker. They did not have a wine opener. I went to the lobby to get coffee at 9:45 am and was told they close the coffee station at 9:30 AM. The front desk guy gave me a coffee maker to take to my room. Then the front desk guy called me at 10 am to remind me that check out was at 11 am. I was not bothered by the reminder until he knocked on my room door at 10:45 to remind me that check out was in 15 minutes. Needless to say, I was very angry. I had my bags packed and was ready to start bringing things to my car. My daughter had already gone to the rodeo and I was alone with my 2 dogs and had to make several trips to my car. I was planning on being out by check out and felt the knock on the door was completely unnecessary since he had already spoken to me on the phone 45 minutes prior to that. It really sent the message of thanks for paying to staying here, but get out. I will never stay there again.

Nothing. Just the fact that I took my own blankets and febreeze just in case..

Everything. The service, the room, horrible smell like urine. Horrible service. Had no other option with kids and nothing else available.
