Closeness to town. Beds were comfortable, house was clean and not cluttered

A few areas that could have been cleaner

House had a lot of character but more importantly space. Huge walk-in closet off master that is a small bedroom. This house has a basement so great for storing snow gear or summer gear. All new appliances and lots of nooks and crannies for kids to play. It was cold in CDA but house was super cozy and warm.

The only slight negative is the car port in back. The roof clearance isn't much. Our VW Atlas fit but if we had our Yakima sky box it would not have. If you have a rig with a lift or car topper you may have to park on the street. Lots of street parking

It was very charming and the location is fantastic.

Parking, the school across the street made street parking difficult depending on the time of day and the alley way to the carport was very narrow as was the carport which made parking an suv in the snow difficult.

Great location and privacy was appreciated. Rooms comfortable and the additional flex space to fit our family into was ideal. Having own kitchen for the duration of our stay was a real plus. The wifi package included was very helpful. Our ability to adjust heating was a plus too. The design ascetic was pleasant and the Idaho specific decor was homey.

The heavy snow was not removed from main walkways & back car port area so our rental vehicle was stuck in snow for half of our trip due to not having that addressed prior to our arrival. The tire tracks in the snow out back led us to believe we could readily park out back but with the additional snow it led to a Tow truck being required to remove the vehicle. Please PAY our towing bill of $325.00 USD. This incident put a real damper on our visit. Dusty under beds. The basement had dead bugs in it - please remove. Also previous tenants left a pair of eyeglasses under the bed in the main bedroom. Basement too scary to run a load of wash in. A bathroom upstairs, or another water closet in the unit would have been so helpful to us.
