We love the staff, and it's value for money. The room was clean and bonus was the Netflix plus the parking and the restaurant besides the hotel.

The only thing we don't like was the distance between the Tourist site. You need to drive ca.1.5 hours to reach zurich, geneva and other popular places but actually it was ok because we have our car.

Very helpful staff. They arranged for the extra bed that Booking.com had not sent through. Restaurant right there with a playground for kids.

Very convenient if you are traveling by car, not far from Fribourg.

A bit run down, very basic but clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served in a huge hall - like a canteen - where some lottery was held in the evening. The hotel is located directly on a busy street, but the windows keep the noise out well. In summer it is probably less pleasant.

It's clean neat but we were given 2 single beds instead of double size couple bed I have a window view of a farm like place and saw several wild white rabbits roaming freely in the grounds that night and in the morning i saw chicken. When we asked for wine glasses a staff accomodate our request

The side tables have trash in it. Meaning the room wasn't thoroughly cleaned We were a couple and was given 2 single beds very uncomfortable to sleep in No hairdryer was provided very disappointed

Staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was really great and you could choose from variable aliments. They also provided insights for parking lots next to Bern.
