some of the rooms at the back of the hotel were very dark so we changed

The location of the hotel is amazing. It is close to the beach but also near the centre of town. The staff helped us with all the small stuff and made our holiday that much more enjoyable.

Hotel is in a great location, by a lake and with restaurants and shops within walking distance. Our room was generous in size, the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was well worth the money. If you are lucky you can park for free right outside the hotel.

Our main issue was with the Wi-Fi, which was very slow.

The lady who booked me in ( Nelly) was warm. friendly and very professional. She ensured I had everything I needed. My room, with the balcony was very comfortable. Lots of towels and beautiful bed linen. Absolutely fabulous!

The location was great. Nice pool. Cleaning staff friendly. The owner was kind enough To let us use the pool and shower after the checkout.

The room was in level -1 so no light was coming in. Furnitures and equipments in the room are minimum and old. WiFi was very slow. Poor cell line in the room. Absolutely not worth 230€ per night. Noisy environment People at the reception not very friendly.

Super nice staff, great location and lovely heated pool. They also put really thoughtful touches in our room as were traveling with our baby (they put a baby bed, bath, changing table). Thank you for a lovely stay :)
