Close to seaside and city center. You can arrive the old town with 15-20 minute walking and seaside with 5 minute. Hotel owner is so nice and kind person.

Hosts were super flexible for checkin, they greeted us with a juice, very pleasant family. The place has its parking, so it was good. Overall everything is simple but tidy, working and its more then enough. Amazing view from terrace! And you can feed and cuddle local cats:) Nearby you have everything - supermarket, cheesecake place, restaurant, fast-food, bay promenade

The wifi signal in our bedroom was very weak, we had to use it only in living room. Not crucial, but good if can be improved. Nevetherless I highly recommend this place for stay

if you cross the main road & take a right, you’re at the harbour in two minutes & it’s a nice walk to town. the host is friendly & the quilts are very clean - I’ve seen them soak them.

Everything is done on the cheap. The plumbing & wiring is dodgy. If you turn on the hot water in the kitchen, the shower leaks & rattles loudly. To use the shower you have to hold it or stand in the corner against the wall and have the shower curtain stick to you. Then to turn it off you have to shove the tap & handles into the wall. The bed sinks in the middle & there were no pillow cases. They were fixing things around the property while I was there but not sure if they were just cosmetic things

The place was above expectations, I recommend it to everyone. Person in charge is very friendly

Very good place, near few shops, with the view to the bay. The host Siniša is very friendly and helpful. The apartment has everything even for long stay. I would like to go back there in summer:)

Very welcoming and warm-hearted owner! This accommodation had tables both in the room and at the terrace, so it's a pleasant option to choose where to sit, depending on weather conditions. This place was also very comfortable for pet (dog). Stable WiFi connection. Nice view. Spacious room. Has market and bakery nearby.

Great location, great view! the studio was specious, well equiped. The host was very accomodating - we arrived earlier and he let us check-in earlier + greeted us with a shot of rakiya. He also let us have umbrellas. Before arrival I had some questions and the communication was superb! We had a really good time.

This place was great. The host was super nice and welcoming and spoke English very well. For the price, I'd say you really can't beat it.

The curtains were super thin; when it's dark outside and you have at least one light on in the apartment they are essentially transparent.

The location is fine, not too far away from the beach and from the old town. room is very clean and comfortable. with almost all necessary needs.

location is a little far away from the Kotor bus station, not easy to find, took me and my friend very long time and walking and asked many people to find it.

A shot of rakija for the welcoming is always a great start of the stay. Very friendly owner, fantastic view, great location, very reasonable price - 10/10.

The location was amazing! It takes 3 mins by foot to get to Kotor bay promenade where you can find restaurants, cafes and shops. 20 min walk by the promenade will get you to the old town, add another 10 min by foot and you are at the bus station. The host welcomed us with a drink, few words about Kotor and reccomendations, very helpful.

The curtains were almost transparent, you could see everythig in the room, especially in the evenings when the light was on and was dark outisde. Blunt knife in the kitchen, it was hard to cut a tomato.

Firstly, I loved the owner. He is simply amazing. Super helpful and very responsive. I hit my head by a metal screw on bus and asked him if ice is available. He got me an ice pack and a glass of juice when I arrived. Such a nice gesture. He also booked me taxi to bus station which ran on meter unlike other taxis. Next thing I loved was the view. I booked for the view. But, both the apartment and the view looked much better in person. Overall, it was an amazing stay.

I wish there were basic toiletries like shampoo and toothpaste in the apartment The only problem I found was the ac is in living room. And you cannot use the remote control from bedroom when you are sleeping.
