The food in the restaurant could have been better.

Frédéric was amazing! He was so welcoming and accommodating to our whole family. The ambiance of the restaurant was great, though we didn't get to have dinner there. Would frontrunner stay there again!

Room was a little cold. But the bedding was good so we stayed warm.

Venue 3/5 : This place is well located and not too far from Europapark. Kids friendly – Dogs/Cats allowed – clean and unique. Service 1/5 : All is served with a smile and the owner is super friendly. Why then 1* One thing is said, another is done. We were 6 for eating. Kids wanted a kid menu but double portion. Answer from waitress : Not possible Ketchup during dinner got forgotten and so on.. In the morning there is the food u get for breakfast. Not too much variety but it was ok. Next day in the morning we get seated (whole restaurant is empty) in the only table which is inbetween 2 doors and a "courant d'air" Yes we could have asked to get another table but whom positions its guest on the worst table in an empty restaurant. We couldn't get any more drinks or coffee in the morning as the waitress was busy cleaning the emtpy terrasse on a rainy day then serving the only clients inside . (Yes, we could have gotten to her and asked for...) but by now I guess u get our point. And the best was that despite parking properly there seems to be jealous neighborhood as we were asked to remove our car during the dinner. We could have been asked to move it once we are finished or so but no it was expected to be done right away which we didn't as we were parking properly for the time we were there. The owner is one of the most friendliest persons we have met so far but the waitress seems to not share his passion telling by the actions towards us. She was friendly though. Product 4/5 : Products are fresh and tasty. Speed 2/5 : Despite being in the evening only 1/3 of the tables occupied in the restaurant took forever Variety 3/5 :If you are looking for that signature dish you might get disappointed. It a balanced variety of food. Overpriced compared to local competition.

Being treated like intruders & hiding under nice words a not so great service. Huge presence of moskitos. (Not the business fault though). Clean rooms but amenities were missing like no soap and no refill after 1st day..

The room was clean and comfortable. We were very satisfied. The owners were very friendly. Breakfast was good and the food in the restaurant was delicious. 10 out of 10 I would come back here if I am in the area.

The location is midway between Strasbourg and Colmar. We liked being in a small town but being able to get to the Christmas Markets easily.

The beds are not the most comfortable.
