Die Lage ist am Rand von Malia, somit muss man paar Meter gehen. Tolle Tavernen sind in der Umgebung. Ein Auto ist ein muss. Malia selbst ist hässlich im Gegensatz zu anderen Orten auf Kreta. Auch die Strände dort sind nicht der Hammer. Die Anlage ist in sich geschlossen und man schaut nicht auf irgendwelchen alten Bruchbuden sondern immer auf den Pool und die gepflegte Anlage. Das war schön. Die Zimmer sind hübsch. Aber als erstes würde uns eins mit alter Ausstattung angeboten. Gebucht wurde aber eins mit moderner Optik. Haben wir dann auch bekommen. Chefin meinte wegen der Lautstärke von der Bar wäre das andere besser. Die hört man aber in der ganzen Anlage! Das Bad war sehr schön. Bett war gut. In der Küchezeile war das notwendige vorhanden.

Die Lautstärke in der Anlage bzw von der Bar. Feierwütige an der Bar bis tief in die Nacht. Auch hatten wir einen Stromausfall. Dadurch wurde die Notbeleuchtung in der Nacht eingeschaltet. Der Schlaf war dann erst mal vorbei.

Everyone was smiley and polite. We needed another day reservation, and since there was space it happened immediately. The room was beautiful and clean. Quiet also! The garden with the pool a nice place to have a coffee, lunch or anything you like.

It was basic but clean and the staff very friendly. Good selection of food and the best restaurants right outside. No party noise at all

I can’t believe that people were allowed to smoke at the food tables so be prepared for a mouthful of smoke to go with your full English. Amazes me that people find it normal behaviour to smoke when people are eating!

The rooms, the pool and the way the staff are… even the young people from the UK who party until late contributes to the total vibe of the place.

rooms were spotless, staff were so friendly and they kept us right on what we needed to do for going out to getting back to the airport .. if I go back to Malia I will be booking here again
