The location was amazing! Exactly what I wanted. It was conviently located near the beach and public beach access! Also, I loved the fact that it was on a dead end road so there was very little traffic!

***Renters Beware*** My check in time was 4pm. We arrived at 315pm, and the house had not been cleaned. I reached out to the Vacasa team, and they basically told me it was my fault for showing up early. We left to get dinner, and the cleaning team arrived as we were leaving. They told us that they weren't even scheduled to be there until 430pm, and it typically takes them 2 hours to clean! THEN after getting all of that sorted out, we woke up the next day to mice/rats getting into our food, mouse/rat poop all over the floor, and cockroaches living in the dishwasher!!! I was IRRATE!!! I called them back demanding a refund so we could get out of there! And their response was "any compensation will be determined after you check out"! We didn't have the extra money to spend on a hotel, so we had to stay there! The Vacasa team kept telling me they would keep in touch, but I had to keep reaching out to them! I sent them new pictures on a daily basis of the food being eaten, more poop on the floor, and more cockroaches in the dishwasher! They kept telling me that the cockroaches were most likely water bugs and not actually cockroaches. I KNOW THE DIFFERENCE!!! They told me they would refund the money lost to the food eaten, I have yet to see that money AND I have yet to see or hear anything about a possible refund about the horrible living conditions that we were forced to stay in!

Great location. Clean and had a lot of the items needed for the stay.

The stove wasn’t working properly. Gets hot very quickly.
