Das einchecken und auschecken war unkompliziert und ging recht zügig

Der Küchenbereich (Arbeitsfläche,Schränke)ist voller kleiner Ameisen, und der Rest des Appartements war auch nicht sonderlich sauber... Im Bad waren Haare auf dem Boden vor der Dusche, und überall sah es so aus als wurde vorm Aufenthalt nicht gesaugt... Es war alles in allem nicht sehr sauber, und es war auch sehr laut durch die Nachbarn und durch die Lage mitten in der Stadt... Gebucht hatten wir Donnerstag bis Sonntag, aber nach der ersten Nacht waren wir uns einig, dass wir am Abend des Freitags abreisen und nicht noch eine Nacht in diesem Appartement bleiben werden...!

Właściciel chamski, nie chce nam oddać kwoty za rezerwację, mimo obietnicy że to zrobi po nie wpuszczeniu jas to opłaconego lokalu, bardzo nie polecam, a właściciela proszę o pozbycie się uprzedzeń oraz zwrócenie kwoty rezerwacji.

Location in city centre is perfect, walking distance from everything, supermarket and restaurant next door.

Bathroom needs some repairs, broken glass inside shower, dangerous for kids. The top shower needs cleaning and there is no place to hang the hand shower. There are no curtains in the roof windows, so room is very bright in the morning, if you like to sleep in the dark, that is a big problem.

1. On the arrival it turned out that rented apartment smelled of tobacco and perfume, the owner offered switching to second apartment for a higher fee, No information about the increased fee was mentioned until we had agreed to take the other apartment. There was no information about any of it before the arrival. 2. Even though higher fee was paid the apartment wasn't in a good state: windows didn't have curtains, tap on the sink was not usable and almost not attached, ceiling had a huge water (I hope) stain, bathroom doors handle was not attached properly and a piece of a wall was missing behind the power outlet making it risky to use, especially by kids. For the price I expected none of this to happen. 3. Parking is not included in the price. There is an extra fee of 25 PLN per day to use a garage, else you need to find a spot in a surrounding area, skipping roads close to the building.

furniture is bad , very bad very noisy street , we couldn’t sleep well. not much clean apartment need new paint and new furniture apartment location in main street , u cant find a parking for your car so you should pay money to rent a park in the building. stupid system about going in and out of the parking. you can go from level -1 to 5 but you cant from 5 to -1 , you should go from 5 to 0 and go walking to the parking under the building in -1 to take your car . the owner isn’t much nice with the people from middle east !! or that’s what he was with us at least ! you can’t take a shower because it’s very cold or very hot you can’t make it medium!!

Its central location in Szczecin, walking distance to old town. Biedronka grocery shop just under the building. Otherwise no other positive things to mention.

Pictures on booking do not correspond to room we have got. On pictures everything seems to be new. Rooms seems to be to backside. We have got very noisy street side room (3 single beds + 2 single beds apartment) on first floor with apartments. When people were entering the building trough the main door, it was smashing also so noisy. Bathroom was not very clean. You could see mold on walls and inside shower cabin. Shower head holder was broker. Door in bathroom with some halls. Kitchen chairs so dirty you don't want to sit on. Furniture was shabby and falling apart. The best was when I asked owner to come and check it he said somebody has to flood his bathroom and he said those chairs got dirty very quick. Should be barrier free but elevator was not working. Parking should be available, but there was not mentioned height limit. We had box on the roof of our car which we didn't want to put down so we could not park inside building (also fee of 25 zloty per day was not mentioned in offer).
